Bill and Sandra R. have lived in their Marco Island, Florida home for many years. LRE custom-designed a solution using PolyLevel to fill the large voids and stabilize the pool and stem wall areas of the home. PolyLevel is a two-part expanding foam material that was injected deep into the soils surrounding the pool deck and exterior walls. As the material was injected, it flowed through the loose soils, expanding to fill the voids and improve the soil's stability and load-bearing properties. The process even created enough lift to close large cracks and gaps in the deck. Once complete, the homeowners were more than pleased with the finished project, finally having their pool stabilized for good.
