Leveling Concrete Pad in Merritt Island, Florida

The concrete pad supporting Mark's AC unit at his Merritt Island, Florida, home had slowly sunk into the ground over time, creating a significant trip hazard. He requested LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the concrete, and a Design Specialist identified that soil washout had caused the pad to sink. To lift and level the concrete, as well as stabilize the soil below, the LRE team injected the PolyLevel Solution under the pad.
