Greg B. of Land O’ Lakes, FL called LRE Foundation Repair looking for a solution to his home's uneven concrete after noticing his driveway, sidewalk, and patio were no longer level. After completing a whole home inspection, it was clear Greg’s uneven concrete was not the only issue. The driveway had not been sealed, causing stains that detracted from the home’s appearance. To remedy Greg’s concrete problems, LRE’s 3-part concrete protection system was recommended. The 3-part concrete protection system involves a product called PolyLevel which is a fast-expanding polymer foam that is used to permanently stabilize and level concrete. After, a tinted sealer called DecoShiled is applied to the concrete to protect and seal the concrete while adding a nice even color. To finish, all of the cracks and joints are sealed with NexusPro to eliminate water from penetrating underneath the concrete. After the work was completed, Greg was pleased to see his homes concrete free of trip hazards and increased curb appeal.
