Brandon in Brooksville, FL, began noticing cracks spreading throughout his home’s walls, raising concerns about possible foundation issues. He reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection to hopefully uncover the issue and find a reliable repair solution.
Our Design Specialist visited Brandon’s home and confirmed that foundation settlement had occurred due to the underlying soil becoming unstable. To correct the issue, we designed a repair plan using our helical pier system to permanently stabilize and lift the foundation.
Our team installed the piers deep into stable, load-bearing soil and secured them to the foundation footing, allowing us to carefully lift the settled areas back into place.
With the home stabilized and the wall cracks closed, Brandon now has the assurance that his home is safe, secure, and permanently stabilized.
Michael’s rental property in St. Petersburg, Florida, had developed large cracks along the exterior walls, including around the window frames. Concerned, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a complimentary inspection. Our expert Design Specialist confirmed that soil settlement had caused the foundation to shift, resulting in the wall damage. To resolve the issue, our team installed our helical pier system to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation, effectively closing the cracks. Now, Michael has peace of mind knowing his property’s foundation is secure and the structural issues have been resolved.
Natalia I. has lived in her old St. Petersburg, Florida home for years and was experiencing settlement to her foundation with visible damage to the exterior brick walls. She wanted to make sure there were no other underlying problems with the home, so she called LRE Foundation Repair to find out. LRE completed an inspection and determined shifting and unstable soil conditions plagued this home and designed a solution that consisted of helical pier installation around the exterior, coupled with PolyLevel injection. Helical piers are galvanized steel tubes that are drilled into the soil and affixed to the home with metal brackets. The piers were able to gently lift the side of the home to stabilize and relevel the structure. Next, PolyLevel, an expandable polyurethane material, was injected into the soils to compact them and fill in any possible voids. These two systems are often used to work together to stabilize foundations for years to come. This homeowner was not only happy with the end result and finished project, but relieved to not have to worry about her home anymore.
Over time, large cracks had formed in the walls of Caprish’s garage in St. Petersburg, Florida, raising serious concerns about her home’s foundation. She reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help, and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to conduct a free inspection.
After a thorough evaluation, we discovered that the foundation was settling due to unstable soil beneath the garage. To fix the issue, we recommended installing our helical pier system to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation.
With Caprish’s approval, our team installed each pier deep into the ground until they reached strong, load-bearing soil layers. The weight of the home was then transferred to these stable layers, and we successfully lifted the foundation, effectively closing the cracks in the walls.
Now that her garage is fully stabilized, Caprish has lasting peace of mind knowing her home is protected from further settlement damage.
After removing a large tree near her home in St. Petersburg, FL, Deborah began noticing serious structural issues at one corner of her foundation. Because her home is built over a crawl space, the loss of support beneath the home created voids that caused the foundation to sink and the exterior stem wall to separate—creating visible openings that could be seen from inside the home.
Deborah reached out to LRE Foundation Repair, and one of our experienced Design Specialists performed a free, comprehensive inspection to assess the damage. Based on the findings, a customized solution was designed using helical piers to lift and permanently stabilize the compromised section of the foundation.
Once approved, our team installed each pier deep into solid, load-bearing soil and secured each of them to the foundation's footer. This process transferred the weight of the home to stable soil layers and allowed the affected area to be carefully raised back into position. With the repairs complete, the structural cracks are now closed, and this corner of Deborah’s home is fully stabilized and protected against future settlement.
