Helical piers are galvanized steel tubes that are drilled into the soil and affixed to the home with metal brackets. The piers were able to gently lift the side of the home to stabilize and relevel the structure. Next, PolyLevel, an expandable polyurethane material, was injected into the soils to compact them and fill in any possible voids. These two systems are often used to work together to stabilize foundations for years to come.
