To stabilize the home, our team installed helical piers deep into the ground until they reached stable, load-bearing soil and securely bracketed them to the foundation’s footer. The foundation was then carefully lifted back into place, closing the crack and permanently stabilizing the structure.

From there, the piers were bracketed to the foundation’s footer, and our team leveraged the weight of the home against the solid bedrock below the surface, carefully lifting the foundation back into place and closing the wall cracks.

The SmartJack system was then installed in the home’s crawl space to bring the interior floors back to a stable, level position. With the repairs complete, the foundation of Joel’s home now has the support it needs to remain permanently stable, giving him lasting peace of mind.
