We completed a whole home inspection and determined voids under the house caused by unstable and washed-out soil conditions were contributing to the movement and sinking of his foundation. We designed a solution to this problem by installing helical piers to support the foundation and injecting PolyLevel to fill the voids and stabilize the soils. Once the repair was complete, the homeowner was thrilled with the lift achieved to his home, bringing it back to level, and is now ready to tackle the roof without worry.
