LRE encapsulated our crawlspace to reduce the humidity that was causing significant mold issues. We went with LRE after another company wouldn't do the job unless we added additional (and unnecessary) work. The crew was very efficient and professional, completing the installation in three days. Our crawlspace is now clean enough to feel comfortable going under the house. The team was patient, describing what they had done and why, as well as how to maintain the dehumidifier. It's only been a few days since installation, but I fully expect that their work will resolve our humid and mold issue and they will be willing and able to help if we ever have another issue moving forward. 5 stars all the way and thanks to Cindy who was able to work with me to keep communication lines open and timely. Highly recommend across the board.

LRE was amazing! They installed helical piers under a section of my home that was an add on and was settling due to a lack of footers being built in. While I thought the repairs would not be done until March, LRE put me on a call ahead list to try and get me in sooner and meet my time constraints. Well they went above and beyond! They were able to conduct the project practically a month earlier than anticipated, which I was so thankful for. From the very start, they were so professional and communicative. Zac initially came to evaluate the situation and took the time to educate me on the real issue. Michael, Cory and BJ conducted the project and I loved them. They were prompt, friendly and explained each step of the process to me. They left my house in much better condition than before… that’s for sure! I highly recommend LRE for any foundation repairs you may need and these individuals in particular were a pleasure to work with. They are clearly an honest and reliable company, which is evident from their success.

LRE Foundation delivered, from start to finish! From Robert, my salesman to the office Kristina and Fay, and the whole crew that completed the job in this Florida heat! My crew leader, Rick, did an outstanding job managing his crew and also ensured that the job was completed on time. His crew, Antonio, Henry and Chuck were very professional, courteous and such hard workers. They all busted their tails to get the job completed and we've had some really heavy rains this summer. Since our deco drain was installed, it's been been working perfectly! I haven't seen any puddling of water - drain is working great. The crew also did a great job cleaning up before they left. We want to thank LRE for helping us with our drainage problems and highly recommend this company for your drainage needs.

I have an older home in an historic area in Tampa that had sagging floors and needed a fair amount of foundation repair work. Needless to say, I wanted it done properly, so, I decided to get 5 companies in to quote. After receiving all the quotes and planned proposals for repairing the foundations, there was no doubt in my mind that LRE Foundation Repair was by far the best company for me to go with, for several reasons. Before they came out to access and quote, LRE mailed me an 81 page booklet on foundation problems and repairs - published by an independent company - Foundation Supportworks. This gave me a good understanding of different foundation problems and why they happen, including sagging floors - and the best way to go about fixing them. There was also great information on various jacks and piers and when to use what etc. which was invaluable to me when looking at what the other companies had proposed. The Design Specialist LRE sent out to access the situation and to give a proposed plan and quote was someone who had years of experience doing the actual work. This guy was Zac Spardello. His professionalism and customer service goes beyond the expected. He took photos, liasoned with their engineering dept before he came up with a definite planned proposal and quote. Zac took time explaining to me what was wrong and had images of everything including problem areas, and how and why they proposed fixing it in certain ways, along with the with the information I had gained from the booklet. When I compared his proposed plan to the others, it was clear that he really knew what he was talking about. Other companies had in some cases sent out Estimators who clearly had never done the actual work and it showed as they had given very generalized solutions, when I compared plans. LRE was the only co who had a combination of replacing areas of old wood plus adding additional wood as well as jacks and metal beams, along with repairing/ replacing 4 brick block columns, and redoing the subfloor in certain areas. Some companies proposed only adding wood, others only metal, and this combination of materials that LRE proposed seemed to cover all basis. Permits. LRE was ready to go with permits within about a month, and they gave me a definite starting date within days. I was told by most other companies I'd have to wait at least 6 weeks to get the permits, and one company said they didn't need it as their solution only required jacks. Which is probably fine in some instances but in this case where I knew a fair amount of work was needed, I felt better about having permits. With LRE, everything was done to code and with engineering reports. LRE also offers a 25-year guarantee which is transferable to the new owner if the house is ever sold. They also offered a 5% discount if I signed with a certain time frame. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, all adding up to why I chose them. In conclusion, the work was done on time and the results were even better than I expected. I was not in Tampa during this time, I was kept in the loop with updates by phone and photos. A big thank you to Zac for all his help and support, as well as Tavian the foreman, and his team who did all the work. An added bonus is that a few weeks later I got a call from a co that was going to spray the soil under the house which would take care of any termites as the soil had been disrupted with the foundation work, which was all paid for by LRE as part of their repair package.

Everything was cleaned beyond expectations. Justin was incredibly communicative about the project throughout its entirety. Shane was also very quick to respond and if he didn't know he'd asked Justin to ensure I got the answers to my questions. As an additional comment, I just want to say Justin and Shane were exceptional; I truly appreciated their patience, explanation, and work ethic.

Let's face it. No one wants to get foundation work done. But when you have to you have to! From Frank coming out and explaining the process and giving me the estimate, to doing comparatives with their competition, I found LRE was doing a more complete job for about 15% less than their competitor. More for less works for me! Scheduling was fun too! I must have rescheduled his job three different times and they never gave me a hard time. The changes were made with a smile.   Scott came out to do the first part of the job and did it professionally, on time, and did more than I even asked for. The job site was left better than it was when they got here. I got the other part of the job done today. Jagren came out on time, made the driveway and walkway look better than I could have ever imagined. He left the job site nicer than when he got there. I highly recommend you go to LRE if you need foundation work. Excellent work at excellent prices. 

From start to finish, LRE was exceptional. Fay was very knowledgeable and prompt at answering all of my questions. When I met Scott, he was professional and explained the process of repairing my foundation. When Scott finished up, he assured me that everything went perfectly and then showed me all his work. I could not be happier with LRE Foundation Repair. 

My experience with LRE, specifically Brian P. was fantastic! Having previous foundation issues at my home repaired by a now out-of-business company, I was going to do more work when a contractor suggested we get the house looked at again after finding indications it may be sinking.  Our stress levels peaked worrying about the now nullified warranty, so I contacted LRE. Brian arrived on time and walked through the house with me. He listened to all of my concerns about the work that had been done previously. With his assessment, he tole me the home was in great shape and the indications pointed out by my contractor were more than likely from before the previous work on the home occurred. Brian put me at ease and showed the honesty of this company. They wouldn’t attempt to just sell a job to someone who did not need it. I can’t express how at ease I felt and how educated I was on the work completed on my home. Although I did not have work completed by LRE, if anyone ever asked for my recommendation, this would be THE company. I feel they are honest, knowledgeable, and a long-term business.

The crew that came out to do my Poly job was by far the most "top shelf" operation I have ever met! Chad Burns was the foreman on this project. They were so polite and did such a great job. I'm not usually this complimentary but they deserved for their management team to know how great they were! 

I had water coming up through the floor from standing rain at my house. I had quotes for $20k and above to "fix" the problem from other competitors using concrete injections, or other similar methods. This company [LRE] actually fixed the slab leak issue and put in drainage to keep the water away from my house. It's more than I wanted to spend, but they did an amazing job and it looks great. You can tell they know what they are doing. There's no more musty smell in the house from water sitting there anymore.

This was my second time using LRE Foundation Repair. I used them 5 years ago. My crew supervisor, Fed Francois, was informative and very professional. He walked us through the project step-by-step. The job was completed in 2 days as promised. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do they will be the first company I call.

The crew did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up. Cheyenne told me what they were gonna do before they did it. He brought me out while they were doing it to show me the process and then brought me out at the end and explained everything. It was a wonderful experience.
