I'm not sure where to begin... Let's start at the end where we give LRE an A++ for their work, professionalism and job cleanliness. I was in need of a few helical piers around a 1970's-built home where soil had loosened up. Getting new windows so I didn't want future problems. These gentleman KNOW exactly what they're doing! From Crew Chief Richard to the fabulous duo, Justin and Matt, they executed the project better than a surgical team at your nearest hospital. In a time where every cent spent means something, let me say you will not regret having LRE staff and project executors complete your issues on time and in a professional manner. My husband and I noticed some vertical cracks on the outside stucco of our home. We just wanted to check and make sure they were normal, so we called LRE after reading Google reviews and BBB, both of which has great ratings. Tyler Harman came out today to assess the situation. We were pleased with everything! First, he texted us in advance of his arrival time and showed up promptly. Having 15 years in the business, 10 of them with LRE, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He advised we add gutters on the sides of our house since not having them were the cause of the cracks. There was no sign of any sinkhole issues or problems at all and he even went as far to draw a schematic of where to put the gutters. Even though we consider ourselves savvy consumers, we have no knowledge of house settling issues but Tyler could have used scare tactics to get his company to perform work we don't need. In this day, finding a reputable company with professional people who are honest is hard to find. We are so pleased LRE is one of them and if Tyler is representative of the company, we feel you would be in good hands to have LRE come out and assess any foundation issues. 

Both crew leaders and teams did a great job reassuring me and explaining the planned work approach and answered my many questions about the process. Both crew leaders asked me questions ensuring I was pleased. Both teams were very professional and respectful. I enjoyed working with both teams.

There's no better help and healing than angels when you've got a dire need and are at your weakest. I'm a homeowner that typically does not leave reviews, however, this talented, devoted, caring, and kind group of people is heaven sent. They had the fastest response to my foundation fears (other companies initial response to my first call lagged on for days); prompt and professional across the board! I know you might be experiencing a problem with your house and it's scary, but WHATEVER it is, this company is your answer. I'd swear on my life. I've never had people or businesses more interested in helping when I wasn't sure where to turn. The workmanship and the staff there are all so involved, communicative with you, intelligent, personable, and so very professional and proud to be a part of that company. I heard men singing while physically working on very dirty Florida hot temperature jobs, just enjoying the fact they were helping! I could go on, but don't put it off any longer and don't be afraid to step into LRE and let them assess your issue(s) and get you to the place of peace!

After getting quotes from three different companies, I chose LRE Foundation Repair. My experience with LRE started before the initial consult, when they sent out a brochure explaining their company and the services they provide. Brandon was our sales rep. He listened to us describe our our issues, and took measurements of the entire house to determine if and how much settling had occurred. After several minutes developing a recommendation, he suggested we install piers and a French drain. The price was fair so we signed a contract that day. The piers were installed first, and the French drains were scheduled for a later date. The installation crew was led by Cheyenne and consisted of Cole H, Chris S, and Micah. The team did an excellent job of explaining what the process was and answering all of our questions. The job was completed in a day and the job site was left immaculate. I was even surprised that night to receive a call from Cheyenne following up to see if we had any additional concerns and ensure we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend doing business with LRE.

Let me preface this by saying I am picky and kind of a neat freak. Your guys were spectacular and anytime I asked a question or expressed interest Cheyenne explained everything and they did in fact clean up after themselves ...very well in fact. In this awful heat they were very pleasant and respectful.
