LRE handled our drainage and foundation repair. From the first on-site assessment, to dealing with the office, and then the foundation repair itself, LRE has been professional and provided quality service! Craig and Chad worked neatly and quickly to complete the stabilization. The drainage improvements are coming next week and I have every expectation we will be satisfied with LRE. I'd recommend LRE for either of these services. 

I had water coming up through the floor from standing rain at my house. I had quotes for $20k and above to "fix" the problem from other competitors using concrete injections, or other similar methods. This company [LRE] actually fixed the slab leak issue and put in drainage to keep the water away from my house. It's more than I wanted to spend, but they did an amazing job and it looks great. You can tell they know what they are doing. There's no more musty smell in the house from water sitting there anymore.

My experience with LRE, specifically Brian P. was fantastic! Having previous foundation issues at my home repaired by a now out-of-business company, I was going to do more work when a contractor suggested we get the house looked at again after finding indications it may be sinking.  Our stress levels peaked worrying about the now nullified warranty, so I contacted LRE. Brian arrived on time and walked through the house with me. He listened to all of my concerns about the work that had been done previously. With his assessment, he tole me the home was in great shape and the indications pointed out by my contractor were more than likely from before the previous work on the home occurred. Brian put me at ease and showed the honesty of this company. They wouldn’t attempt to just sell a job to someone who did not need it. I can’t express how at ease I felt and how educated I was on the work completed on my home. Although I did not have work completed by LRE, if anyone ever asked for my recommendation, this would be THE company. I feel they are honest, knowledgeable, and a long-term business.

Everything went very smoothly. Chris and his crew were great. Everything was thoroughly explained and the yard was spotless when they were finished. Zac was very knowledgeable and personable. He noticed an additional crack on the other side of our addition that the inspector from another company did not.

I couldn't be happier with the job or the crew. Andy, Sergio, and Jose were truly amazing. They were super friendly and answered all of our questions in detail. The area was cleaned up and we were walked through the job during the process and upon completion. I can honestly say that this crew was one of the best I have ever dealt with from ANY company (and I've dealt with a lot, hah!) We will have no issue referring LRE and appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy given to us over the entire process. Justin was mostly the reason we went with LRE. We both feel like he was honest and forthcoming and didn't pressure us with scare tactics. Just the facts and we appreciate that!

Justin Dow at LRE Foundation Repair came to take a look at our foundation in Oviedo. It had been disrupted by oak tree roots. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful. We very much appreciate him sharing his expertise with us and helping us come up with the perfect solution. He was excellent in communicating, was on time and very professional. The crews were AMAZING and did an amazing job. They even put back most of my pavers and I could not notice the difference. Everything was cleaned and in great shape when they left. Zac S was not trying to upsell me and was giving me his honest opinion. Also your customer service was hands down the best out of all companies I had come and look at my house. I am even thinking about my next project to have you guys do. Lol Thank you and the rest of the staff at LRE!

The lifting and poly crews did a fine job. Corey, Michael, and BJ were a great team. They were professional, courteous, and had an excellent sense of humor that kept me relaxed in what would otherwise be a stressful situation. Communication was also excellent. All crew members were happy to answer any questions and explained their techniques quite well. They showed respect and care for my property. I would highly recommend them.

Jose, Sergio, and Eric went above and beyond for me. I had a heavy above-ground fish pond I could not lift so they moved it for me. They cleaned up after the job nicely. I was afraid I would be stuck hiring someone else to put the pavers back down. I would definitely recommend these guys to do the job for anyone! They were very personable as well. 

LRE did a great job! I was onsite for duration of job and they explained in great detail exactly what they were doing and how they were doing it. The whole crew seemed very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had. All done in much less time than I would have expected. Would definitely use them again and would definitely refer them in the future. 

Just wanted to let you know that we are more than pleased with the job Jason and his crew did on our condo. They were professional, prompt, and neat. We were never in fear of anything going wrong or missing from our condo. The crew was friendly and answered all of my questions. Thank you for a job well done.

I'm not sure where to begin... Let's start at the end where we give LRE an A++ for their work, professionalism and job cleanliness. I was in need of a few helical piers around a 1970's-built home where soil had loosened up. Getting new windows so I didn't want future problems. These gentleman KNOW exactly what they're doing! From Crew Chief Richard to the fabulous duo, Justin and Matt, they executed the project better than a surgical team at your nearest hospital. In a time where every cent spent means something, let me say you will not regret having LRE staff and project executors complete your issues on time and in a professional manner. This TEAM is the REAL DEAL!! And I wouldn't give them anything less than 5 stars and an A++. THANK YOU

My husband and I noticed some vertical cracks on the outside stucco of our home. We just wanted to check and make sure they were normal, so we called LRE after reading Google reviews and BBB, both of which has great ratings. Tyler Harman came out today to assess the situation. We were pleased with everything! First, he texted us in advance of his arrival time and showed up promptly. Having 15 years in the business, 10 of them with LRE, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He advised we add gutters on the sides of our house since not having them were the cause of the cracks. There was no sign of any sinkhole issues or problems at all and he even went as far to draw a schematic of where to put the gutters. Even though we consider ourselves savvy consumers, we have no knowledge of house settling issues but Tyler could have used scare tactics to get his company to perform work we don't need. In this day, finding a reputable company with professional people who are honest is hard to find. We are so pleased LRE is one of them and if Tyler is representative of the company, we feel you would be in good hands to have LRE come out and assess any foundation issues.
