We reached out to LRE Foundation Repair because our floors in the house bounced when you walked on them. Tyler the LRE design specialist came to our home to discuss our issues and toured the rooms, made some observations, and went under the house. He was patient, engaging, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and introducing us to the tools that are used in a project like ours. He educated us on the use of SmartJacks, block piers, and base footings and sent us a project summary that described the who process and warranty information, as well as diagram with the goal of installing the SmartJack support system to stabilize our floors.   We were pleased with the appearance of the LRE crew who arrived on site to do the work. Mike, Chris, and Chris were approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike explained the process and answered every question we had. We would say that if appearance and behavior matter to you, the LRE crew looked like the kind of people you would want to have on your job. Once the work began, the effort they put into our project was immediately evident. They were methodical and thorough and performed magnificently. Reaching out to LRE has created a highly desirable situation for us as stabilizing the floors in our home improved our quality of life, and because of it, we are much happier. Your crew, which had Carlos as the crew leader, along with Fed and Jalen, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the whole job process. Carlos texted and/or called me every morning to let me know that they were on the way to my house. Every day upon arrival, they went straight to work and worked diligently all day. Carlos quickly answered all of my questions and he took the time to explain the things I did not understand. He and his crew are perfect examples of the type of people that a company can be proud to have as employees.    I'd like to also tell you that every single person I've spoken with at LRE has been a pleasure to work with in all regards. I do not want to name names, just in case I forget someone, but I want to congratulate LRE on the professionalism exhibited by everyone there. I've been in business many years and can attest to the fact that such an attitude from the employees is not an accident and doesn't happen all by itself. It takes a lot of work and commitment, in which LRE certainly exemplifies. 

Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction and then some. Fed was just the best communicator. We went through everything in detail and I have to say without hesitation, LRE more than met my expectations. I had met Donovan here on the last day and I complimented Fed and his crew for the extraordinary job they did. I sincerely hope LRE somehow recognizes them for their hard work effort and outstanding communication as professionals!

Just like the pillars they install, these men are the foundation of our community. From the beginning Zac fully explained our options for securing the foundation of our historic home and protecting the wood from further moisture damage. He carefully worked with our budget to make the best choices for longevity of the home while listening to our unique needs. Each step was customized and meticulously executed by members of the LRE team. Carlos, Merrick, and Charles were the crew that came out to do the install. They took their time and made sure it was perfect. They treated us and our home like part of the family. Carlos would text me pictures of things that didn’t even have to do with the job, like a very small leak in our tub drain. It was all the small things like this that let us know our money was incredibly well spent. LRE had ended up in the foundation bids I was collecting after a team member had been so nice to my four year old daughter at Wawa one day, months before I even knew I needed repairs. I noted the company on his shirt and thought they must employ amazing people. I wasn’t wrong! One day during lunch Carlos had gone home to save his undoubtedly adorable daughters from a snake and stepped on a metal rake that impaled his foot. The supervisor, Jim, happened to be at my house when we found out. Jim showed genuine concern for Carlos and it was obvious this is a company that values its employees. They hire people from our community that have deep roots, they hire family people, and they hire veterans. This is a company that not only would I always recommend and hire, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work for myself.

Jordan, Gabe, Kent, Max and the team was under our 100 year-old-house repairing and replacing the foundation and leveling for the last two days. Some of the old stone piers were replaced and additional shoring up was done. Periodic maintenance will most like be required, and with their excellent care we will be glad to call on them again. Thank you all for helping us care for our house.

Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and cleaned up. I appreciated that Tyler gave me a range of options and did not use scare tactics. He explained things and LRE was more affordable and didn't try to scare me like [the competitor]. 

Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They finished ahead of schedule and answered all of my questions, as well as implemented agreed-upon changes while still managing to finish early. Tim approached his job with a great degree of professionalism. I would recommend both him and his company. 

Customer service was excellent from the very beginning. They explained the process thoroughly and were available to answer all of our questions. The crew was also extremely professional and they were always on time -- The project was done on schedule! We are very pleased with LRE and would recommend this company to anyone!

Carlos was five stars! He was so communicative, and nice!! He was also so respectful of doing his best not to disturb us because we work from home. He did a great job explaining the project and how it all went. We evaluated 3 different companies. We chose LRE for its demonstrated professionalism (loved receiving the informational guide before the inspection), the proven track record, ability to clearly explain what needed to be done to help our house, the fair pricing, and quality of all employees we interacted with.

Starting off with Robert, the sales rep who came out, he was very professional and informative. He took his time answering all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. LRE scheduled in a timely fashion and went over what we would need to do prior to the project; which wasn’t much. Then, we had the pleasure of Trace being our foreman for the project. Trace started each day with a courtesy call to let us know him and his team were on the way, he walked through what they were going to do, and followed up at the end of each day with progress photos and explanations. He and his team were very professional and took great care of our house leaving nothing behind but a sturdy foundation. Once completed, Trace waited for me to get home so that he could give me a tour of everything they had done and answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend LRE and I’ll be sure to use them for any future projects. 

LRE is a wonderful company with outstanding professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. We chose them to repair the foundation of our property because of these three attributes. Needed floor joists repaired in our crawl space and was having trouble finding a contractor willing to do the work. From the time LRE came out to give an estimate through the completion of the work, everything was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. Price was in line with my research. Highly recommend.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the amazing team, Jason MacDonald, James Harden, and Merrick Scarlett. The whole team was always on time and kept me updated everyday through texting, calling with pictures. We ran into a few delays in the beginning but Jim Flynn ensured things got resolved and made sure we were put on the schedule as soon as possible since we were on a time crunch. You can certainly tell that at LRE Foundation, the customer comes first and they take a lot of pride in their customer service. Once again, the on-site team was EXCEPTIONAL! After finding out the builder of my townhome, installed insulation in the crawlspace without a quality vapor barrier, the after-effects have caused rotted floor joists and supplemental beams due to absorbed moisture. I was needing to find a reputable company to take on this job, as it was beginning to affect the structure and integrity of my townhome. I spoke to my neighbor across the street who had significant repairs done to their townhome just recently to replace rotted joists similar to the current condition of my townhome. They referred me to a highly recommended company - LRE Foundation Repair. After I contacted LRE to schedule an estimate - one of their sales reps (Jason, a wonderful young man) came to my home to conduct a very thorough inspection and provided me with a proposal to repair damage in my crawlspace which included replacing a significant number of rotted joists and beams. Not long after receiving the date for the project installation, I called the office to inquire if I could be put on an accelerated list to eliminate further rot and absorption of moisture. I spoke with Kristina in the production department, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and was able to get a crew out to my townhome the following week to remove the existing insulation, so all the wood in my crawlspace had time to dry out before any structural work commenced to prevent future damage. I cannot thank LRE enough for taking care of me, and my townhome. LRE has been in business for over 33 years, and it's not hard to understand why. They have demonstrated the highest level of friendly and professional customer service. If you are looking for a well-vetted company with reputable workers and quality workmanship, I highly recommend that LRE is the company you need to address any concerns you may have.  

Fed was thorough, respectful, and transparent. I appreciated that they put down a tarp on our driveway to protect it. I heard great things about Shea Dawson. So I reached out to him and I was impressed with him. He was so thorough. Walked me through every option. Didn't try to upsell. Didn't try to pressure me or fear monger me into buying things. He was knowledgeable and patient.
