Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and cleaned up. Starting off with Robert, the sales rep who came out, he was very professional and informative. He took his time answering all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. LRE scheduled in a timely fashion and went over what we would need to do prior to the project; which wasn’t much. Then, we had the pleasure of Trace being our foreman for the project. Trace started each day with a courtesy call to let us know him and his team were on the way, he walked through what they were going to do, and followed up at the end of each day with progress photos and explanations. He and his team were very professional and took great care of our house leaving nothing behind but a sturdy foundation. Once completed, Trace waited for me to get home so that he could give me a tour of everything they had done and answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend LRE and I’ll be sure to use them for any future projects.

Needed floor joists repaired in our crawl space and was having trouble finding a contractor willing to do the work. From the time LRE came out to give an estimate through the completion of the work, everything was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. Price was in line with my research. Highly recommend.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the amazing team, Jason MacDonald, James Harden, and Merrick Scarlett. The whole team was always on time and kept me updated everyday through texting, calling with pictures. We ran into a few delays in the beginning but Jim Flynn ensured things got resolved and made sure we were put on the schedule as soon as possible since we were on a time crunch. You can certainly tell that at LRE Foundation, the customer comes first and they take a lot of pride in their customer service. Once again, the on-site team was EXCEPTIONAL! After finding out the builder of my townhome, installed insulation in the crawlspace without a quality vapor barrier, the after-effects have caused rotted floor joists and supplemental beams due to absorbed moisture. I was needing to find a reputable company to take on this job, as it was beginning to affect the structure and integrity of my townhome. I spoke to my neighbor across the street who had significant repairs done to their townhome just recently to replace rotted joists similar to the current condition of my townhome. They referred me to a highly recommended company - LRE Foundation Repair. After I contacted LRE to schedule an estimate - one of their sales reps (Jason, a wonderful young man) came to my home to conduct a very thorough inspection and provided me with a proposal to repair damage in my crawlspace which included replacing a significant number of rotted joists and beams. Not long after receiving the date for the project installation, I called the office to inquire if I could be put on an accelerated list to eliminate further rot and absorption of moisture. I spoke with Kristina in the production department, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and was able to get a crew out to my townhome the following week to remove the existing insulation, so all the wood in my crawlspace had time to dry out before any structural work commenced to prevent future damage. I cannot thank LRE enough for taking care of me, and my townhome. LRE has been in business for over 33 years, and it's not hard to understand why. They have demonstrated the highest level of friendly and professional customer service. If you are looking for a well-vetted company with reputable workers and quality workmanship, I highly recommend that LRE is the company you need to address any concerns you may have.  

Fed was thorough, respectful, and transparent. I appreciated that they put down a tarp on our driveway to protect it. I heard great things about Shea Dawson. So I reached out to him and I was impressed with him. He was so thorough. Walked me through every option. Didn't try to upsell. Didn't try to pressure me or fear monger me into buying things. He was knowledgeable and patient.

Everyone that was on the crew was always very nice. One of the things that made this job a great experience is that Tim the foreman always made sure we knew what was going on and the progress of the project. He would tell us every single day where they were and what they were continuing to do the next day. Tim would always make sure that he called in the morning to let us know when he was going to be here with his crew. This is what made having this project being done at our home above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for allowing me to give you feedback on your company. I have a 1920’s home that was starting to shift to the point where doors no longer closed. Jordan, Gabe, and Max did a great job of lifting the house to a point where doors could close again without cracking any of my tile floors.

LRE did the foundation work on our 100 year old house. From the initial contact to the last follow up, their customer service has been impeccable! I called for an estimate, the next day it seemed I received a very professional brochure explaining the work they do and the process. I took the time to read through it so when Frank came to do the estimate I had some idea of what he was talking about. Frank was thorough in his explanation of the necessary work and answered all of my questions with patience and in a way I was able to wrap my head around. Carlos, the foreman of the job, was not only friendly and professional but did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. The crew did a great job keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The crew that redid the subfloor in the bathroom did as I requested and only screwed the floor in a minimum number of spots so that it could be easily pulled back up when the bathroom remodel team re-does the bathroom. LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job.
