Cliff, a homeowner in Spring Hill, Florida, became concerned about a potential pool leak after noticing that a corner of his pool deck had sunk by an inch. He called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists to properly diagnose the solution. During the inspection, our specialist found that while there was no leak, the soil beneath the deck had eroded, creating large voids that caused the deck to settle.
To restore the pool deck to its original level and close the gap between the deck and the lanai, our team used our PolyLevel solution. The polyurethane foam was injected directly beneath the concrete, filling the voids and successfully lifting the deck back into position. Cliff was thrilled with the outcome and is now reassured that his pool deck is permanently stabilized, avoiding the need for costly concrete replacement.
Robert from Micco, Florida—just north of Sebastian—contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help with his sunken and uneven concrete driveway, which had developed troublesome tripping hazards. During a free inspection, our Design Specialist found that significant soil washout beneath the driveway had caused the slabs to settle.
To resolve the issue, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System for a permanent solution. With Robert’s approval, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the concrete to stabilize the soil and carefully lift the slabs back to a safe, even level. We then sealed the concrete joints with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and soil erosion.
By the end of the project, Robert’s driveway was fully leveled, stabilized, and protected—giving him lasting peace of mind and confidence that the problem won’t return.
After inheriting his home in Zephyrhills, FL, Matt noticed the concrete carport had become severely uneven, with large cracks creating serious tripping hazards. Wanting to address the issue quickly, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
Our inspection revealed that settlement of the underlying soil had caused the slabs to shift and crack. To fully restore the carport, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Our team first used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete, then sealed the cracks with NexusPro to help prevent further damage and protect the surface long-term.
With the repairs completed in a short amount of time, Matt’s carport was returned to a safe, even level, giving him peace of mind and helping him avoid the cost and inconvenience of replacement.
