Sharon from Hudson, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help with repairing and preserving her concrete driveway after observing an increasing number of cracks on the surface. She was also displeased with the multiple stains that had accumulated in various areas of the concrete over time. One of our expert Design Specialists visited her home to inspect the driveway and recommended our Three-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair and preserve the concrete. This system includes PolyLevel to level and stabilize the concrete, NexusPro to seal cracks and joints, and DecoShield to protect the surface from staining, chipping, and flaking while applying an even, light grey translucent tint throughout the surface. With Sharon’s approval, our team went to work implementing the Three-Part Concrete Protection System, successfully repairing and enhancing her concrete driveway. Sharon’s driveway now boasts not only greater protection but also enhanced curb appeal.
Seeking to preserve and enhance the concrete walkway of her home in Hudson, Florida, Sharon reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Following a full inspection by one of our Design Specialists, a plan was created to implement our Three-Part Concrete Protection System to fully stabilize and enhance Sharon’s concrete walkway. First, our team utilized PolyLevel to fully level and stabilize the concrete slabs. Next, the joints in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping underneath the walkway. Finally, DecoShield was applied to the surface to seal and protect the concrete from flaking, chipping, and staining, while also adding a uniform light grey tint to enhance the walkway’s visual appeal. Sharon’s concrete driveway is now not only fully protected from wear and tear but also features a refreshed and enhanced appearance.
Frances S. started becoming anxious when she noticed her elevated concrete driveway sinking. She's lived in her New Port Richey, Florida home for many years and never experienced this before. She called on LRE Foundation Repair for help. Upon inspection, it was clear natural erosion and soil washout was the cause of Frances's sinking driveway. PolyLevel and NexusPro are the two products that make up the concrete protection system that we used to restore Frances's driveway. PolyLevel concrete lifting foam is used to lift and stabilize, while NexusPro is used to seal joins to eliminate any water filtration. By pairing the two, we were able to lift Frances's driveway back level and ensure permanent protection and stabilization.
Dennis in New Port Richey, Florida, needed help fixing the trip hazard that had formed in his driveway after a section had sunken into the ground. He called LRE Foundation Repair, and a full inspection was performed by an expert Design Specialist. After identifying that soil erosion under the driveway had occurred, the LRE team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Featuring PolyLevel for lifting and leveling the slabs, along with NexusPro for sealing the cracks, Dennis's driveway has been restored to a secure and stabilized condition.
Dennis G. had numerous sinking sections of concrete driveway and patio around his New Port Richey, Florida home. Worried these areas would cause tripping hazards for himself or his guests, he decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE completed a full home inspection and determined that due to the age of the home and erosion over the years, washed-out and loose soils had caused the depressions of concrete over time. A solution was designed for this situation using a product called PolyLevel. This expanding flowable material is pumped through small holes in the concrete and flows directly below the slab. As the material fills in voids and compacts soils, it lifts concrete back into place. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and could gain peace of mind knowing his house's exterior was now safe.
