David, a homeowner in Homosassa, Florida, was preparing to sell his home when he realized he needed to address the settling concrete in his driveway. Soil settlement had caused several slabs to sink, most noticeably at the point where the driveway met the garage, creating a serious tripping hazard. After reaching out to LRE Foundation Repair for a free inspection, we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to take a closer look at the issue.
Following a thorough assessment, our specialist recommended using our PolyLevel solution to lift, level, and stabilize the sunken concrete. David agreed to the plan, and our team got to work, injecting PolyLevel beneath the affected slabs to restore the driveway’s surface. The result was a level, stable driveway with the tripping hazard fully eliminated.
Now, David can move forward with listing his home for sale, confident that the driveway won’t raise concerns for potential buyers.
Mary from Homosassa, Florida, was displeased with the condition of her concrete driveway, as cracks had spread across the surface and multiple trip hazards had developed from uneven slabs caused by settling soil beneath. With plans to one day leave her home to her children, she wanted to ensure the driveway was in excellent shape, so she contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection. After our Design Specialist carefully assessed the damage, we recommended that our team use our Three-Part Concrete Protection System to not only repair the driveway but also provide lasting protection against future settlement damage.
Mary approved the plan, and our team first injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to stabilize the soil and lift them back to a safe, even level. Next, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance curb appeal. Finally, SealantPro® was applied to the surface to protect against staining, chipping, and flaking.
Upon completion, Mary was delighted with the results. Her driveway is now fully leveled, restored, and protected for many years to come.
Michael, a homeowner in Homosassa, Florida, needed to have his concrete driveway leveled and repaired after nearby tree roots had caused the slabs to heave and crack. Once the tree was removed, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to explore repair options.
Our Design Specialist inspected the driveway and recommended our 2-Part Concrete Protection System to restore both safety and appearance. With Michael’s approval, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the slabs to carefully lift, level, and stabilize the driveway. Next, the cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro, protecting against water intrusion and improving curb appeal.
By the end of the project, Michael’s driveway was fully restored to its proper, even level and backed with long-lasting protection.
A section of the concrete sidewalk in front of Barbara’s home in Port Richey, Florida, had developed into a dangerous trip hazard, and she knew she had to get it fixed before any serious injuries could occur. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair, we sent one of our Design Specialists to inspect the sidewalk and help provide a solution. Upon careful examination, the specialist found that one of the concrete slabs had sunk into the ground, creating an uneven surface with the adjacent slab. They diagnosed soil settlement as the cause and created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair and stabilize the sidewalk. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the sunken slab to lift it back to its proper level and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, we sealed the control joint separating the two slabs with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion below the sidewalk. Upon completion, the trip hazard was completely eliminated, and the sidewalk was fully leveled and permanently stabilized, alleviating Barbara’s concerns and providing her peace of mind.
