Jim’s concrete pool deck in Gainesville, Florida, had experienced significant settlement damage—several sections had sunk, causing large cracks and dangerous trip hazards. He contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair for help, and we promptly scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists. After assessing the damage, our specialist identified unstable soil beneath the deck as the cause of the settlement. To restore the area, our team applied our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the deck to fill voids and safely lift and level the slabs. Then, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and improve appearance. Now, Jim’s pool deck is fully leveled, stabilized, and safe—giving his family peace of mind while enjoying their outdoor space.
Bill from Homosassa, Florida, wanted to repair his concrete driveway after years of heavy rainfall had caused it to settle and crack. Over time, the surface had also become discolored, diminishing the driveway’s curb appeal. Concerned about the damage worsening, Bill contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
After a thorough assessment, we developed a comprehensive repair plan using our Three-Part Concrete Protection System to repair and protect the driveway. With Bill’s approval, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the slabs. Next, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and further deterioration. Finally, we applied DecoShield, a durable concrete sealant that protects against chipping, flaking, and staining while adding a clean, gray translucent finish for enhanced visual appeal.
By the end of the project, Bill’s driveway was fully repaired, protected, and noticeably improved in appearance—restoring both safety and curb appeal to his home.
In Palm Harbor, Florida, Mark contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help with his home's concrete walkway, which had become severely uneven due to tree roots beneath the surface causing the slabs to heave. The issue had become so serious that Mark and his wife were constantly at risk of injury from the significant tripping hazards that had developed.
After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we developed a plan to not only level and stabilize the walkway but also provide it with enhanced protection and visual appeal through our Three-Part Concrete Protection System.
After the tree roots were removed, our team began implementing the comprehensive solution. We injected PolyLevel beneath the walkway to fill voids and level the slabs. Next, we applied NexusPro to the joints between the slabs to prevent water from infiltrating beneath the surface and washing away the soil. Finally, we applied the DecoShield Concrete Sealer, which protects the walkway from chipping, flaking, and staining while adding a translucent gray tint for a visually appealing finish.
Once the project was completed, Mark and his wife were thrilled with the results. Their walkway was now fully leveled, the tripping hazards were gone, and the concrete was both protected and visually enhanced.
Cliff, a homeowner in Spring Hill, Florida, became concerned about a potential pool leak after noticing that a corner of his pool deck had sunk by an inch. He called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists to properly diagnose the solution. During the inspection, our specialist found that while there was no leak, the soil beneath the deck had eroded, creating large voids that caused the deck to settle.
To restore the pool deck to its original level and close the gap between the deck and the lanai, our team used our PolyLevel solution. The polyurethane foam was injected directly beneath the concrete, filling the voids and successfully lifting the deck back into position. Cliff was thrilled with the outcome and is now reassured that his pool deck is permanently stabilized, avoiding the need for costly concrete replacement.
Greg B., a resident of Land O’Lakes, noticed that the walkway leading from his driveway was not level with the front patio of his home. To address this issue, he opted for LRE's three-part concrete protection system. First, PolyLevel was utilized to level the concrete. Next, NexusPro was applied to seal expansion joints and cracks. Lastly, the DecoShield system was installed to safeguard the concrete and create a uniform color. These solutions not only rectified Greg's concrete problems but also ensured permanent protection, eliminating further soil settlement for good.
