I really enjoyed working with LRE! From the first consultation, all through the job clean up, they team was very professional and took pride in their work. We had a problem with rain water collecting in the corner of the pool deck, which seeped into the Florida room. We called several contractors and none of them were able to offer a solution. We saw an ad on Facebook for LRE and thought we would give them a call. Rick came out and looked over the area. He knew right away what needed to be done. He said they could install an exterior drain and pitch the cement in a way the water would drain away from the Florida room. We received a quote and went ahead and scheduled the work for a Thursday. Rick called and said they could come Tuesday if we were available and this worked out for us. On Tuesday, Rick and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. Aside from them taking a much needed lunch break, they worked the entire time and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up any signs of mess and left the site in perfect condition. The drain is exactly what was needed and we no longer need to worry about the heavy rainy season. It was unfortunate the crews had to endure 30 degrees or lower temperatures, on some days, but that didn't stop their forward progress. I had to make them stop and warm up a few times being the mother hen that I am.
