I really enjoyed working with LRE! From the first consultation, all through the job clean up, they team was very professional and took pride in their work. We needed to have our crawlspace treated and checked out a lot of companies that just poked their head into the space and gave me a very large estimate. At your company, Brian arrived on time and immediately went to work, spending time reviewing every corner of our crawlspace. After that, he measured our floors to determine heights and sagging areas. In less than a day, he prepared an impressive report with various approaches and options. Once we scheduled the job, Trace, our supervisor, and his team arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation about the work, what to expect in the future, and answered my MANY questions with patience. They knocked out the job in the estimated time and then let me come review their work before cleaning up. It was clear they took pride in what they did and were eager to have me give it a lookover. After having such a hard time finding support for such difficult work, I was incredibly grateful to find LRE. 

We had a problem with rain water collecting in the corner of the pool deck, which seeped into the Florida room. We called several contractors and none of them were able to offer a solution. We saw an ad on Facebook for LRE and thought we would give them a call. Rick came out and looked over the area. He knew right away what needed to be done. He said they could install an exterior drain and pitch the cement in a way the water would drain away from the Florida room. We received a quote and went ahead and scheduled the work for a Thursday. Rick called and said they could come Tuesday if we were available and this worked out for us. On Tuesday, Rick and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. Aside from them taking a much needed lunch break, they worked the entire time and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up any signs of mess and left the site in perfect condition. The drain is exactly what was needed and we no longer need to worry about the heavy rainy season. I can't thank Rick or LRE enough. I'm so pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. 

Mike Guy and his crew came and out to work on my 100-year-old house using smart jacks. They were very polite even when the city I live in messed up the inspection and didn’t show up, which cost them an entire days work. They did a lot of work in very hot conditions, and in a pretty tight crawlspace. I’m very happy.

We were very hesitant to begin the repairs after the initial shock of learning we had two sinkhole anomalies on our property causing ground shifting and damages to our home. The workers came together in a few vehicles as possible, professionally dressed, and conducted themselves in a very professional yet approachable manner. They bent over backwards to make sure no neighbors' property or the street was inaccessible to the neighbors as well. We did not sustain any damages to surrounding structures and you even were able to salvage as much landscaping as possible. All questions asked during the process were answered appropriately and in a timely fashion. The crews set up their equipment daily and took everything away at the end of each day. Their cleanliness is above reproach. The crews put 100% attention to the job at hand everyday they were here. It was unfortunate the crews had to endure 30 degrees or lower temperatures, on some days, but that didn't stop their forward progress. I had to make them stop and warm up a few times being the mother hen that I am. We were so satisfied with LRE Foundation Repair and do not want you to ever hesitate to offer or phone number to prospective clients so we can answer questions they may have from the homeowners' point of view. We will never hesitate to refer your company to anyone who may be having sinkhole problems and needing repair. One last note is your warranty on the underpinning. No other company on the market can compare to your warranty, longevity in the business, high standards, and being members of the Better Business Bureau as well as industry memberships. The crew professionally took care of my soil erosion problem and represented your company very well. There was no trace of their visit present afterwards. They demonstrated the importance of having done many similar jobs and in taking care of my issues. Your representative was very courteous and informative. The other two companies' quotes were the same as yours, so your sales representative was the reason why I chose LRE Foundation Repair. LRE handled our drainage and foundation repair. From the first on-site assessment, to dealing with the office, and then the foundation repair itself, LRE has been professional and provided quality service! Craig and Chad worked neatly and quickly to complete the stabilization. The drainage improvements are coming next week and I have every expectation we will be satisfied with LRE. I'd recommend LRE for either of these services. 

The crew was phenomenal. Everything was cleaned up. We stayed with them all the time. The team leader took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained all he was doing. His helper was sweet and very nice. They both helped us understand the process. It was a wonderful experience with two professionals and very nice persons. 

Mack bid the job for my pool deck, sidewalk and driveway repairs in a prompt and cost-efficient way -- Not trying to add on areas that were not needed for lift or stabilization. Derrick and his team arrived as scheduled to execute the repairs. They were courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The finished product fully met our expectations and was completed in a few hours, including cleanup. I would recommend LRE and this crew if you need concrete lifted or stabilized around your pool, driveways or sidewalks.

Mike and his team from LRE were amazing. They made sure that everything that was supposed to be done was done and that the project would make the floor more stable for many years to come. If I have anymore foundation issues in the future I hope Mike is still at LRE and I will be requesting him for the job.

I had water coming up through the floor from standing rain at my house. I had quotes for $20k and above to "fix" the problem from other competitors using concrete injections, or other similar methods. This company [LRE] actually fixed the slab leak issue and put in drainage to keep the water away from my house. It's more than I wanted to spend, but they did an amazing job and it looks great. You can tell they know what they are doing. There's no more musty smell in the house from water sitting there anymore.
