We were having problems with the ground by our seawall eroding away. We already had prior work on it by a seawall repair company and it just kept getting worse. We decided to go another route and gave LRE a try. LRE was extremely easy to work with. Our crew leader, Justin, called when they were on their way and arrived on time. He and his assistant, Shane, were very polite and asked us throughout the day if we had any questions. Justin was good about explaining the process. The noseeums were out in full-force and they worked through all the bug bites. They cleaned everything up when they were done and we couldn't even tell that they had been there at all. We are hopeful they fixed our issue and we won't have any more going forward. We would highly recommend LRE, and Justine and Shane.

I got two other quotes from other foundation repair companies, one of which offered me money if I let them store equipment on my property overnight. Your representative was very courteous and informative. The other two companies' quotes were the same as yours, so your sales representative was the reason why I chose LRE Foundation Repair. Plus, he didn't offer me any money under the table. I look for honesty in a company. It's my number one criteria.

Brad was very professional and went through what was being done and how it was done every step of the way. Michael and Brad cleaned our area after the job was completed thoroughly and showed us. Then asked if there was anything else they could do to make it a better job. Of course, there was not as they are very good at what they do. We both were employers at one time and would be proud to have these 2 gentlemen as our employees.

I am writing this let you know about the performance of two members of LRE Foundation Repair -- Mike Johnson, as Crew Supervisor, and John Mitchell, who finished the sinkhole drilling yesterday at our property in Spring Hill. They started promptly each day and were meticulous about every detail of the job. Great care was taken to minimize any impact to the property. All work was neatly done in a very professional manner. After each task was completed clean up removed every sign of activity. I don't believe the area around the pool has ever been quite as clean, including large glass sliding doors.

From the first call I made to LRE Foundation Repair everyone was very professional. Your repair experts were kind and could not have done a better job. They were very clean and I was so impressed by their expertise in sinkhole repair. I was also impressed by how courteous and kind each of the workers was. I felt that I had to send you this to say THANK YOU!. This "Event" as I call it, has been haunting me for a year next week. I was an extremely unhappy homeowner when I was told that I had a sinkhole problem. My concern was the safety of my house, and driveway for my son, and all his friends playing around the house. When it came to picking a repair company I kept my eye open around Pristine Place, and I always said to myself, LRE seems to be soooooo clean and neat!
