To permanently stabilize the home and prevent further settlement, our team installed our helical pier system. Each pier was driven deep into the ground beneath the foundation until strong, load-bearing soil layers were reached, then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer to transfer the home’s weight to stable soil. Once secured, the foundation was carefully lifted closer to its original position, helping close many of the wall cracks.

After each helical pier has been fully installed and the foundation stabilized, the LRE team proceeds to conceal each pier with the previously removed soil or with freshly poured concrete to provide a seamless appearance.
