Each pier was driven deep into the ground beneath the foundation until strong, load-bearing soil layers were reached, then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer to transfer the home’s weight to stable soil. Once secured, the foundation was carefully lifted closer to its original position, helping close many of the wall cracks. With her foundation now permanently stabilized, Madeline can confidently move forward with the rest of her home repairs, knowing her home is protected against future settlement issues.
