Exterior Wall Cracks
Horizontal and stair-step cracks along the exterior walls of the home were a clear sign that the foundation was settling.
Interior Window Frame Cracks
Large cracks also appeared within the interior walls of the home, including in the corners of window frames.
Helical Pier Installation Prep
The LRE team begins the foundation stabilization process by excavating soil to expose the foundation's footer and prepare for the installation of each helical pier.
Installing Helical Piers
With the use of specialized equipment, the LRE team drives each helical pier deep into the ground until strong, stable soil layers are reached.
Stabilizing Foundation
Once the helical piers have reached the appropriate depths and are securely bracketed to the foundation's footer, the LRE team stabilizes the foundation by transferring the weight of the home to the stronger soil layers deep below the surface.
Complete Helical Pier Installation
With the helical piers successfully installed, the foundation is now permanently stabilized.
Concealing Helical Piers
After the foundation has been properly stabilized following the installation of the helical pier system, the LRE team proceeds to conceal each pier to provide a seamless appearance.
