Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repair in Belle Glade, Florida
In Belle Glade, Florida, Kam’s home had experienced significant settlement damage, leaving large voids beneath the foundation where soil had gradually washed away. With plans to eventually sell the property, Kam reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a thorough inspection and a permanent solution.
After our expert Design Specialist completed a full home inspection, we designed a customized repair plan using our push pier system to stabilize the foundation. Once approved, our crew installed the push piers by driving them deep into the ground until they reached solid bedrock. Each pier was securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, transferring the weight of the home to the stable bedrock below and restoring permanent stability.
With the push pier system installed and the foundation permanently stabilized, Kam can now move forward with additional home repairs and confidently prepare to place the property on the market.
Soil Erosion and Foundation Settlement Damage
Large voids had developed beneath the home's foundation due to soil erosion, causing significant settlement damage.
Installing Push Pier System
The LRE team begins installing the push pier system by driving each pier deep into the ground using specialized equipment.
Stabilizing Foundation
Once the push piers reach solid bedrock, the weight of the home is transferred through the piers to the bedrock, permanently stabilizing the foundation.
Complete Push Pier Installation
The push piers have been fully installed by the LRE team, and the foundation is now permanently stabilized. From here, the team will proceed to conceal each pier with the previously removed soil to provide a seamless appearance.
