Exterior Stair-step Wall Cracks
Stair-step cracks forming in the home's exterior walls were an alarming sign for the homeowner, clearly indicating potential structural issues caused by foundation settlement.

Interior Stair-step Wall Cracks
Just like the exterior, the interior walls in the rear corner of the home had also developed large stair-step cracks, so severe that daylight was visible through the gaps, clearly signaling serious foundation settlement.

Installing Helical Piers
The LRE team begins installing each helical pier deep into the ground beneath the foundation using specialized equipment.

Complete Helical Pier Installation
The helical piers were fully installed and securely bracketed to the foundation's footer, transferring the weight of the home to deeper, load-bearing soil layers. With the system in place, the LRE team successfully lifted the foundation back into its proper position-effectively closing the wall cracks.

Concealing Helical Piers
After the helical piers are fully installed and the foundation has been stabilized, the LRE team carefully conceals each pier by backfilling the area with the previously removed soil or by pouring new concrete where necessary, ensuring a clean and restored appearance.
