Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repair in Port St. Lucie, Florida
Amy from Port Saint Lucie, Florida, became concerned when she noticed cracks in the walls and ceiling of her home, prompting her to ask LRE Foundation Repair to conduct an inspection of the foundation to check for structural issues. After having our Design Specialist assess the damage and confirm that soil settlement had taken place, we created a plan to have our team install our helical pier system on the affected side of the foundation. Each pier was carefully installed deep into the ground beneath the foundation until stronger, load-bearing soil layers were reached. Once the piers reached the appropriate depths, they were then bracketed to the foundation’s footer, where the weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil layers. Upon completion, Amy was thrilled with the results, and expressed much appreciation for our team for permanently stabilizing her home.

Complete Helical Pier Installation
The helical piers are now fully installed and securely attached to the foundation's footer, transferring the weight of the home to stable, load-bearing soil layers below. This ensures lasting, permanent stabilization.
Concealing Helical Piers
Once the helical piers are fully installed, they are carefully concealed by either backfilling with the previously removed soil or replacing any concrete that was taken out during installation.
