Foundation Settlement Symptoms
Signs of foundation settlement were evident throughout the home, including gaps between the concrete foundation slab and the adjoining walls.
Exterior Wall Cracks
Cracks had developed in the walls throughout different areas of the home, a key indicator that the foundation was settling.
Foundation Repair Prep
The LRE team begins the foundation repair and stabilization process by removing sections of concrete around the foundation and positioning each push pier for installation.
Installing Push Pier System
Each push pier is carefully driven into the ground beneath the foundation until solid bedrock is reached deep below the surface. Once the piers reach stable bedrock, the LRE team brackets each one to the foundation's footer, transferring the weight of the home onto the stronger, more reliable support below.
Complete Push Pier Installation
The push piers have now been fully installed by the LRE team, permanently stabilizing the foundation. From there, the team carefully lifts the foundation back toward its original position.
Concealing Push Piers
Following the complete installation of the push pier system, the LRE team carefully conceals each pier by repouring concrete in the areas where it was previously removed, creating a clean and seamless appearance.
