Apartment Complex Foundation Lifted and Permanently Stabilized in Brooksville, FL

The property owners of an apartment complex in Brooksville, FL, asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect one of their units after noticing cracks in various areas of the exterior walls. We created a plan to permanently stabilize the settling foundation and lift it back to its proper position using our helical pier system.

With the owner’s approval, our team installed each helical pier deep into the ground until strong, stable soil layers were reached. The piers were then bracketed to the foundation footer, successfully transferring the weight of the structure to the competent soil layers below. Once stabilized, the LRE team carefully lifted the foundation back to its original position, effectively closing the cracks.
