Closing Wall Cracks in Holiday, FL

Upon arriving at Nancy’s home and assessing the damage, it became apparent that significant soil settlement had caused the foundation to shift. To permanently halt further settlement, our team installed our helical pier system. Each pier was driven deep into the ground until stable soil layers were reached. From there, the piers were bracketed to the foundation’s footer, and the weight of the home was successfully transferred to the more stable soil beneath.

Our team then carefully lifted the foundation back to its proper position, effectively closing the cracks in the walls. Upon completion, Nancy was thrilled with the results and can now rest assured that her home is permanently stabilized and secure.
