Closing Foundation Wall Cracks in St. Petersburg, FL

After removing a large tree near her home in St. Petersburg, FL, Deborah began noticing serious structural issues at one corner of her foundation. Once approved, our team installed each pier deep into solid, load-bearing soil and secured each of them to the foundation's footer. This process transferred the weight of the home to stable soil layers and allowed the affected area to be carefully raised back into position. With the repairs complete, the structural cracks are now closed, and this corner of Deborah’s home is fully stabilized and protected against future settlement.
