Lifting and Stabilizing Settling Staircase in Largo, Florida

Our Design Specialist visited Dave’s property to take a closer look and quickly identified the root of the problem: the soil beneath the stairs had settled, compromising the structure’s support and causing it to sink. We proposed a permanent repair solution that consisted of installing our helical pier system to lift the staircase and permanently restore its stability.

After reviewing the plan and giving our team his approval, Dave observed as our crew got to work. The helical piers were installed deep into solid, load-bearing soil, and the staircase was carefully lifted back to its proper position. With the gaps closed and the structure secured, Dave can now enjoy lasting peace of mind, knowing his front entry’s staircase is once again safe and secure.
