Crew leader was great. Called before arrival and provided a time of arrival. Explained the process and executed the work, informing me of the status as the work proceeded. Also, I needed two processes done. Raise the slabs and install a new pool drain. LRE was able to complete both tasks. Others could not. I am a member of Angie's and chose you as a direct result of #1 reading the reviews and #2 scheduling the estimate and having the work completed before our closing date on 7/19/24. Lastly, if I ever require concrete restoration work, I would not hesitate to call LRE to provide an estimate or refer a friend to LRE. Simple, you guys were great and completed the work to my satisfaction allowing my painter time to put a fresh coat of paint on the deck. Thank you so much LRE!

LRE has great customer service and installation. The crew that came to my house was led by Justin, and they all did an amazing job with my fountain support installation and driveway repair. Both of the installers were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were kind enough to explain the process and show me how the various products worked. Our condo pool deck needed multiple repair efforts to achieve satisfactory repair before doing surface painting. Connor did a great job evaluating and analyzing our REC Board's needs for repairs. And on project execution: Anthoine and Doc (Warner) successfully did several efforts to execute the needs of our project. Very thorough and detailed step-by-step execution.
