It is with great pleasure we write this testimonial for LRE My husband and I went through a few companies that actually call themselves "contractors" who took our money and left us with more problems than we started with. Then came along LRE to level our sunroom floor and fill in our pool. We are so very grateful at the expertise of this company that we wanted to thank them in this letter; salesman Tyler Harmen, foremen Tom Watson, Sub foremen Donavon Dokupol, workmen, Scot Higgins, Ryan Bourgoin and all the many men who worked here on our project that we never got to meet personally but where here working hard and always had time to greet us and answer questions. This is a remarkable company in every way. They are true professionals at all they do and if possible other contractors in this area (Citrus County) need to look at LRE's high standards and at least try picking up some good skilled practices from them. The person that came out to do the estimate, Judd Hagler, came out earlier than they typically start work to do my estimate on the 5th of July. I was impressed by that. The two guys that came here to do the work on July 14, Chis and Chad, also showed up early. They are proficient, informative, and answered any question I asked while working. Judd earned my business by arriving early, Chris and Chad arrived early and earned any future business I may have. I’d recommend them to anybody that asks.

Chad was friendly and professional. Explained the process, went through the completed work, told us when the area could be used again. He also provided recommendations on water drainage that would prevent further eroding of the ground in the repair area. The completed project looks great and exceeded expectations. Thanks to Chad and his partner on a job well done!

Brad was very professional and went through what was being done and how it was done every step of the way. Michael and Brad cleaned our area after the job was completed thoroughly and showed us. Then asked if there was anything else they could do to make it a better job. Of course, there was not as they are very good at what they do. We both were employers at one time and would be proud to have these 2 gentlemen as our employees.

We just wanted to thank you for all your professionalism and thoroughness during the repair of our home's pool.  It has been a very disturbing ordeal realizing the pool was leaking (with cracks) and trying to determine the “root cause”.  Your patience with our nervousness and anxiety is very much appreciated.  Your team and crew were kind, and considerate, and left the work site in good condition.   In your business, you are dealing with stressful circumstances and few people take the time to say “thank you”. We appreciate your work, but more importantly your attitude and patience. The guys were very considerate and very polite. They were extremely concerned that I was happy with the job and always asked if I had any questions. The change is subtle except the driveway. That is 100% better. Everything was cleaned up and blown off when they were done. I couldn't be happier with the results... and your staff is awesome.

I had a crew out to the house today to address some settlement of my pool deck. The entire crew was exceedingly polite, kept me informed of their progress, and cleaned up their mess before leaving. Everyone was professional, and after having some idiotic roofers at my house last week, your crew's professionalism was very, very appreciated. Thanks for a good job.

We didn't know what to expect, we just knew our driveway on the hill had lots of cracks and wasn't looking nice anymore. It certainly was not going to get better by us! Our first call and last call was to LRE. Their team was here for four days, working in Florida's relentless humidity and heat. Mike S., Chris S., and Jagren C. explained each step as it was going to happen and as many times as it took to get us to comprehend. They weren't going to leave until we were satisfied, the way it should be. We learned a lot and highly recommend LRE for any concrete services you need. Do yourself a favor and at least get a their quote, and then let them work for you! Quite an education!

I read reviews all of the time before making a decision to use a company. But, I have never taken the time to write one until now. LRE should start a business on how to run a business! All of the personnel, from the sales team to the service techs, were great - especially Justin and Jay! Communication was outstanding and questions were answered promptly, if not immediately. Justin even called when he and Jay were about 30 minutes out and when they arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, and looked at the job, they explained how they would handle it and went right to work. Both were polite, friendly, and professional. This is exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done to your home. I would not hesitate to recommend LRE. It was a stress-free experience!

We are very pleased with the improvement to our sidewalk. With all the rain over the past two days, it was nice to see no puddling in the corner of the walk. The tripping hazard is gone which really pleases us as well. Many thanks to your crew!

Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The crew leader and his assistant were very polite and did go over the areas that were in need of repair. The crew were very professional and I appreciated that very much. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend LRE to everyone.

My community boat ramp and adjacent seawall had voids and washed out areas underneath the concrete. LRE injected PolyLevel in areas to stabilize the ramp and hopefully keep it useable for many more years. The whole process, from estimate with Judd, to contract with Faye, was fair and easy. LRE was able to work within my timeframe and budget. Justin and Rowan were the technicians who did the work and I have nothing but praise for their pleasant demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend LRE and thank them for a job well job.

Chad explained it all clearly before and during the process. They let me watch and seemed to enjoy educating me all along the way. Judd's original explanation and rationale was so clear. He was realistic about the situation and the fix, and presented a logical solution that was not overkill. I knew he was right almost from the start.

My husband and I just had the best experience with LRE Foundation Repair. We called LRE to fix our driveway because one slab was significantly raised. From the moment we called and actually spoke to a staff member (Cindy), to today, 7/9/24 when Craig and Chad came to our house to make the repair, their attention to detail and follow-up was AMAZING....and I never say that lightly. The office communicated with us at every step and when their design specialist, Robert, was assigned to give us an estimate on the project, they sent us his picture, as well as his work history. Every employee that we spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We wholeheartedly would recommend LRE for any foundation repair you might have.
