Chad explained it all clearly before and during the process. They let me watch and seemed to enjoy educating me all along the way. Judd's original explanation and rationale was so clear. He was realistic about the situation and the fix, and presented a logical solution that was not overkill. I knew he was right almost from the start.

My husband and I just had the best experience with LRE Foundation Repair. We called LRE to fix our driveway because one slab was significantly raised. From the moment we called and actually spoke to a staff member (Cindy), to today, 7/9/24 when Craig and Chad came to our house to make the repair, their attention to detail and follow-up was AMAZING....and I never say that lightly. The office communicated with us at every step and when their design specialist, Robert, was assigned to give us an estimate on the project, they sent us his picture, as well as his work history. Every employee that we spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We wholeheartedly would recommend LRE for any foundation repair you might have.

Our house came back OK for the moment, but I can confidently say that if we ever need any foundation assistance in the future, we will call LRE! I have a beautiful oak tree in my yard and its roots caused my front walkway to lift in places causing a tripping hazard. LRE did a wonderful job at leveling the areas that had concerned me and they offered a very competitive price. I also like that their work is legally registered with the county/city. The crew members communicated often and all terms and scope of work was made clear to me. LRE was very professional and I highly recommend this company!

The plan was to lift a section of our driveway that had sunk by about an inch. LRE's Scott and Rowan called and came by, and carried out their plan flawlessly. They took their time and prepped everything, even cleaned up when they finished. We are very satisfied with the process and we are looking forward to things staying level for a long time. Chad was very thorough and explained what he and Kelvin would be doing and what to do afterwards. The cleanup was great. Everything was cleaned up and no more separation in my concrete. Zach was such a personable representative of your company. Everyone kept me informed about what was going to happen. 

I would recommend this company and its people in a heartbeat. From the appraisal to the finished job, they were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. A large piece of my driveway had sunk about 6". and the crew that performed the work was lead by Brad. Brad was meticulous to detail, worked hard and made it his business to get it right. In my book they went above and beyond my expectations. I also had the driveway raised and leveled, and cracks sealed. I think this repair was money well spent.

LRE was the second company we called for a quote for concrete leveling. From Robert’s initial visit and estimate, to the great communication with Cindy in scheduling, and Scott’s awesome work in completing the job, my wife and I were highly impressed. We are so happy we chose LRE. Also, Scott is such a hard worker that clearly takes pride in his work. Our project's start date got moved up three weeks (wonderful surprise!) and on a day we both were home. From the time Scott arrived, all the way to getting the work done and thoroughly cleaned up, he was happy to explain the process and answer any questions. It's obvious Scott has all the knowledge, work ethic and years of experience to get the job done correctly, and the first time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with his work and the whole professionalism of LRE from start to finish. No more tripping on our driveway or water pooling against the house. The crew was phenomenal. Everything was cleaned up. We stayed with them all the time. The team leader took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained all he was doing. His helper was sweet and very nice. They both helped us understand the process. It was a wonderful experience with two professionals and very nice persons. 

Mack bid the job for my pool deck, sidewalk and driveway repairs in a prompt and cost-efficient way -- Not trying to add on areas that were not needed for lift or stabilization. Derrick and his team arrived as scheduled to execute the repairs. They were courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The finished product fully met our expectations and was completed in a few hours, including cleanup. I would recommend LRE and this crew if you need concrete lifted or stabilized around your pool, driveways or sidewalks.

From start to finish, LRE did an amazing job. Scott and Rowan were skilled, professional, and friendly. Finally, after years of having a hazardous sinking driveway, and fear of it washing away, it feels like we have a new driveway! They even came a little early to beat the summer rains which was so appreciated. They were so great in answering all of my questions and explaining the process of what they were doing. Their hard work really shows and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
