Jack, from Lake Mary, Florida, recently had an insurance inspection performed on his home, during which his concrete back patio slab was reported to require immediate repair before his policy could be approved. He contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to conduct a free inspection. Upon assessing the damage, our specialist determined that severe soil erosion beneath the patio had caused the concrete slabs to settle and crack.
To resolve the issue, we developed a comprehensive repair plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. After reviewing the plan with Jack and receiving his approval, our team quickly got to work. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the concrete to fill voids left by the eroded soil and carefully lift the slabs back to their proper, even level. Next, we applied NexusPro, a durable, silicone-based sealant, to the surface cracks to prevent water intrusion and improve the patio’s overall appearance.
In just a short amount of time, Jack’s concrete patio was fully repaired, leveled, and permanently stabilized, restoring both safety and his peace of mind.
In Ormond Beach, Florida, John’s driveway had developed major tripping hazards after tree roots pushed the concrete slabs upward, leaving them uneven. Looking for a reliable fix, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair, and our Customer Care team quickly scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
After assessing the uneven slabs, our specialist recommended having our team use our PolyLevel solution to lift and level the uneven slabs. With John’s approval, our crew injected the two-part polyurethane foam beneath the driveway, carefully raising the slabs back to an even, safe level.
Now, John’s driveway is permanently safe, stable, and trip-hazard-free.
Marina’s concrete driveway in Orlando, Florida, had suffered significant damage due to soil settlement beneath the slabs. Large cracks had formed across the surface, and several trip hazards developed as the concrete sank. Concerned about the worsening condition, Marina contacted LRE Foundation Repair, and our Customer Care team quickly scheduled a free inspection.
Our expert Design Specialist confirmed that settlement was the root cause and proposed a comprehensive solution using our Three-Part Concrete Protection System—designed to not only repair the damage but also prevent future issues.
With Marina’s approval, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the driveway to fill voids and lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. We then sealed all cracks with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion. Finally, we applied DecoShield Concrete Sealer to protect the surface from chipping, flaking, and staining while adding a uniform gray tinted coating for enhanced curb appeal.
By the end of the project, Marina’s driveway was fully repaired, stabilized, and enhanced with long-lasting protection and a refreshed appearance.
Monica, a homeowner in Port Orange, Florida, had grown concerned about her concrete driveway, which had developed widespread cracking and uneven slabs due to settlement damage. Rainwater would regularly pool at the front and center of the driveway—sometimes even entering her garage—and years of wear had left the surface stained and discolored.
Looking for a lasting solution, Monica reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair. After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we recommended our Three-Part Concrete Protection System to fully restore and protect her driveway.
Monica approved the plan, and our team got to work. First, we used PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the sunken slabs. Next, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to stop water intrusion and prevent future erosion. To finish the job, we applied DecoShield, giving the concrete a uniform gray tint while protecting it from future staining, chipping, and UV damage.
Now, Monica’s driveway isn’t just repaired—it’s transformed. It’s level, protected, and looks better than ever.
Ken from Oviedo, Florida, had sections of his home’s concrete patio that had become severely uneven, with the slabs settling and creating significant tripping hazards. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection, our Design Specialist visited his home to take a closer look and offer a solution. Upon careful examination of the patio, it was determined that the soil beneath the slabs had become unstable, causing them to sink. Our specialist recommended having our team lift, level, and stabilize the concrete using our PolyLevel solution. Ken agreed to this plan, and our team soon began injecting PolyLevel directly beneath the slabs, carefully lifting them back to their proper level within minutes. Now, Ken no longer has to worry about tripping hazards and can enjoy his patio with complete peace of mind.
