Greg B., a resident of Land O’Lakes, noticed that the walkway leading from his driveway was not level with the front patio of his home. To address this issue, he opted for LRE's three-part concrete protection system. First, PolyLevel was utilized to level the concrete. Next, NexusPro was applied to seal expansion joints and cracks. Lastly, the DecoShield system was installed to safeguard the concrete and create a uniform color. These solutions not only rectified Greg's concrete problems but also ensured permanent protection, eliminating further soil settlement for good.
Greg B. of Land O’ Lakes, FL called LRE Foundation Repair looking for a solution to his home's uneven concrete after noticing his driveway, sidewalk, and patio were no longer level. After completing a whole home inspection, it was clear Greg’s uneven concrete was not the only issue. The driveway had not been sealed, causing stains that detracted from the home’s appearance. To remedy Greg’s concrete problems, LRE’s 3-part concrete protection system was recommended. The 3-part concrete protection system involves a product called PolyLevel which is a fast-expanding polymer foam that is used to permanently stabilize and level concrete. After, a tinted sealer called DecoShiled is applied to the concrete to protect and seal the concrete while adding a nice even color. To finish, all of the cracks and joints are sealed with NexusPro to eliminate water from penetrating underneath the concrete. After the work was completed, Greg was pleased to see his homes concrete free of trip hazards and increased curb appeal.
Laura from Tampa, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to inspect her home's crawl space after noticing her wooden floors began cupping. Our Design Specialist visited and discovered trapped moisture in the crawl space, creating a humid environment that was likely causing the floor issue. The damp conditions also posed a risk for mold development, which could affect the indoor air quality.
Our Design Specialist created a plan to fully encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This comprehensive system completely seals the crawl space with a highly durable moisture barrier to prevent moisture penetration to the wooden structural supports and inhibit mold growth. In addition, a specialized dehumidifier is installed to keep the air in the space clean and dry all year round.
After reviewing this plan with Laura, our team began implementing this system, providing Laura’s home with the protection it needed. She was thrilled with the results, knowing her crawl space was now secure and safeguarded for years to come.
When Ryan purchased a new commercial investment property in Tampa, Florida, he quickly noticed large cracks forming along the exterior walls. Concerned about the building's structural integrity, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a full foundation inspection.
Our team performed a thorough assessment and determined that the foundation had shifted due to unstable soil conditions beneath the structure. To address the issue, we recommended installing our helical pier system to permanently stabilize and lift the foundation.
With Ryan’s approval, our crew carefully installed each helical pier deep into the ground until they reached strong, load-bearing soil. The piers were then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, allowing us to lift the structure back into place, effectively closing the cracks and restoring stability.
Now, with his commercial property permanently stabilized, Ryan can move forward confidently, knowing that his investment is secure.
John’s home in Wesley Chapel, FL, flooded during both Hurricanes Helene and Milton in October 2024, resulting in extensive damage that included significant foundation settlement. Large stair-step cracks formed in the exterior walls—a common sign of foundation instability. In search of a reliable repair solution, John contacted LRE Foundation Repair, and our team sent one of our expert Design Specialists to conduct a full home inspection.
During the inspection, our specialist discovered that the underlying soil beneath the back corner of the home had severely eroded, causing the foundation to settle. A repair plan was developed to permanently stabilize the foundation and lift it back to its proper position using our helical pier system. After reviewing the plan, John approved the repairs, and our team got to work.
Using specialized equipment, our crew installed each helical pier deep beneath the foundation until reaching strong, load-bearing soil layers. The piers were then bracketed to the foundation’s footer, transferring the weight of the home to the stable soil below. Once secured, the foundation was carefully lifted, which helped close the exterior wall cracks.
John’s home is now permanently stabilized and secure, providing him with lasting relief and peace of mind.
