In Gainesville, Florida, students of a fraternity house had reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair with concerns about the condition of the concrete walkway that led up to the building. They reported that areas in the walkway had become uneven, with some of the slabs noticeably settling into the ground. Following a close examination by one of our Design Specialists, the Three-Part Concrete Protection System was recommended. The solution includes PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete, NexusPro to seal cracks and joints, and DecoShield to seal the surface, preventing flaking and enhancing curb appeal with a light grey tinted coating. Our production team went to work implementing the Three-Part Concrete Protection system, effectively restoring the concrete walkway not only to its proper level but greatly improving its overall visual appeal. Now, students and visitors alike can be relieved of any tripping dangers and enjoy a safer, more aesthetically enhanced concrete walkway.
A section of Michael's concrete driveway in Crystal River, Florida, had sunk significantly into the ground, posing a severe tripping hazard for himself and others. He knew he had to get his driveway repaired as soon as possible before someone could get hurt, so he contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. A senior LRE Design Specialist visited Michael’s home to conduct an inspection and discovered that the soil underneath the concrete had eroded, causing the slab to sink. To repair the driveway, the LRE team utilized the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, which includes PolyLevel to permanently lift and level the sunken slab and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, preventing water from intruding below the concrete and causing more soil erosion. After the repairs, Michael was very pleased with the work done by LRE, as his trip hazard concern was eliminated and his driveway now looked refreshed and renewed.
Timothy from Crystal River, Florida, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair with concerns about his sinking concrete patio. After conducting a full home inspection, one of our Design Specialists discovered that the patio had sunken more than an inch, and recommended lifting and leveling the concrete with our PolyLevel solution. Our production team soon went to work injecting PolyLevel directly underneath the patio’s concrete, successfully lifting it back into place and closing the visible gaps between the slabs and the adjacent walls. Timothy was thrilled with the results and can now feel at ease that his patio is permanently stabilized.
In Homosassa, Florida, Perry had noticed his concrete back patio gradually settling deeper into the ground over time. He scheduled a free inspection with us at LRE Foundation Repair, and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to assess the condition of his patio. After inspecting the patio and identifying soil settlement as the cause for the patio to sink, our team promptly utilized PolyLevel to lift the patio back to its proper, even level. Perry was delighted with the result and felt relieved knowing that his patio was now permanently secure and stabilized.
Susan in Homosassa, Florida, needed to have a section of her concrete driveway leveled after soil settlement had caused it to sink and become uneven. She asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance and we sent one of our Design Specialists to her home to inspect her driveway. After our specialist carefully assessed her driveway, Susan decided not only to have the settling section leveled but also to have the cracks and joints sealed to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete and causing further settlement issues. Our team quickly went to work leveling and stabilizing the concrete with PolyLevel and sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro. Susan can now rest assured that not only is her driveway repaired, but it's also safeguarded against future settlement damage.
