When the concrete slab under Robert's shed in Fort McCoy, FL, started to settle, it was more than a cosmetic issue — it was a safety hazard. Knowing the importance of addressing this issue before it got worse, Robert turned to us at LRE Foundation Repair. In the before photo, you'll notice a significant gap between the sunken slab and the adjoining wall. However, with our innovative PolyLevel solution highlighted in the after photo, we were able to not only lift but also stabilize the slab, providing a reliable, lasting fix for Robert's shed.
Large stair-step wall cracks gradually began appearing in a corner of David’s home in Dade City, Florida, prompting him to seek an inspection from LRE Foundation Repair to diagnose potential foundation issues. We sent one of our expert Design Specialists to conduct a full home inspection, and they discovered that soil settlement beneath this side of the home had caused foundation instability.
To address the issue, our Design Specialist developed a plan to install a helical pier system beneath the affected side of the home to lift and stabilize the foundation permanently. With David’s approval, our team carefully installed each helical pier deep into the ground until reaching stronger soil layers. The home's weight was then transferred to these stable layers, effectively securing the foundation. Finally, our team successfully lifted the settling foundation back into place, closing the wall cracks.
Now with the wall cracks closed, David can enjoy peace of mind knowing that his home is fully secure and permanently stabilized.
In Dade City, Florida, staff members of a local nursing center reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with leveling a concrete walkway on the property that had significantly settled over time. After sending our expert Design Specialist for a complimentary inspection, it was determined that soil settlement beneath the concrete had caused the slabs to sink, creating severe tripping hazards.
To fully lift, level, and permanently stabilize the slabs, our team utilized our PolyLevel solution. Within minutes of injecting the two-part polyurethane foam directly beneath the concrete, the slabs were carefully lifted to their proper, even level and permanently stabilized.
Now, the staff members and residents of the nursing center no longer have to worry about tripping hazards, as their walkway has been fully restored to a safe, level surface.
Joseph from The Villages, Florida was concerned about his sinking concrete driveway and reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help. After consulting with an LRE Design Specialist, Joseph was assured that his concrete did not need to be replaced but rather needed protection. The LRE team then implemented the Three-Part Concrete Protection System to restore and protect the driveway. The first step was to inject PolyLevel under the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the sinking portions of the driveway permanently. Next, Sealant Pro was applied to the concrete to protect against harmful UV rays, moisture penetration, cracking, and discoloration. Finally, the joints and cracks were sealed with the NexusPro solution to prevent water from intruding below the concrete and keep debris out. Joseph was thrilled to see that his driveway had been completely restored, featuring an even, safe level and enhanced protection against wear and tear.
