In Fruitland Park, Florida, Mandy noticed that the front porch steps of her home appeared to have sunk—a clear sign that the concrete slab beneath them had settled. She reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help, and we quickly sent one of our Design Specialists to assess the issue.
During the inspection, our specialist found that soil erosion beneath the porch had created voids, leading to the slab and the steps, settling over time. To resolve the problem, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the affected area. This fast-expanding foam filled the voids, lifting the slab and restoring the staircase to its original level—all within just a few minutes.
Thanks to PolyLevel’s lasting support, Mandy’s front porch steps are now safely leveled and permanently stabilized.
A severe trip hazard developed in the concrete driveway of Shaniqua’s rental property in Riverview, Florida, prompting her to contact LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Following a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was evident that erosion of the underlying soil had significantly affected the concrete, causing the slabs to settle and become uneven. To level the concrete and eliminate the trip hazard, our team used PolyLevel, injecting it directly underneath the settling slabs to lift them back to an even, safer level. With the trip hazard completely removed, Shaniqua can now rest assured that her tenants are safe from potential injuries.
The sidewalk in front of Jim’s home in Riverview, Florida, had grown uneven, creating a severe trip hazard. He called LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, and one of our Design Specialists pinpointed soil washout as the cause of the sinking concrete. Our team lifted the sinking concrete slab back to an even, safe level by utilizing the PolyLevel® solution. With the trip hazard eliminated and the sidewalk permanently stabilized, Jim can now feel relieved, knowing that he and others are no longer at risk of injury.
Jim K. and his son were preparing to sell their home in Riverview, Florida, but they wanted to improve the driveway to enhance the curb appeal of their house. They contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. LRE conducted a thorough inspection of the property to ensure that no underlying issues were causing cracks. After the inspection, LRE discovered that the driveway was in poor condition due to its age and exposure to the elements. They recommended a "fix and protect" plan to restore the driveway. Our team utilized PolyLevel, an expanding foam material, to inject it directly beneath the concrete slab. This product fills voids, stabilizes loose soils, and expands to lift concrete slabs until they are level. Afterward, they used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealer, on all cracks, and a tinted translucent topcoat called DecoShield was applied to the entire surface. These products not only stabilized and protected the driveway from the elements for years to come but also gave the homeowner the curb appeal they wanted.
