Gil from Seminole, Florida, became concerned after noticing wall cracks in an addition to his home, along with visible gaps where the addition’s walls met the main structure. Seeking a reliable solution, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the issue and recommend a fix. After a thorough evaluation by our expert Design Specialist, it was determined that the addition had settled due to underlying soil movement and partially from faulty construction design. To permanently stabilize the structure, our specialist proposed installing our helical pier system to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation of the addition. With Gil’s approval, our team installed each pier deep into the ground until reaching stable soil, then transferred the weight of the structure to these load-bearing layers. The visible gaps between the addition and the main home were effectively closed, giving Gil peace of mind knowing his home was properly stabilized.
Melanie from Seminole, Florida, began noticing gaps forming in the brick walls of her garage—an early sign of foundation settlement. Concerned, she reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection. Our Design Specialist assessed the damage and confirmed that the garage’s concrete slab foundation had shifted due to unstable soil beneath. To fully restore and stabilize the structure, we recommended a repair plan that combined our Helical Pier System with our PolyLevel solution. With Melanie’s approval, our crew installed helical piers around the foundation and injected PolyLevel beneath the slab, carefully lifting the garage back into place and closing the wall gaps. Now, Melanie has peace of mind knowing her foundation is permanently stabilized and protected against future settlement.
Michael was concerned about the constant flooding taking place on the pool deck of his home in Seminole, Florida, and reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to help provide a solution. An LRE Design Specialist inspected the pool deck and developed a plan to install a comprehensive drainage system to remove the excess rainwater. The LRE team installed a 4” channel drain within the pool deck's concrete to collect rainwater and divert it away from the home through a subsurface drainage system. The water will then be released through a pop-up relief drain at the far end of the property, away from the home. After the installation, Michael's pool deck no longer experiences flooding, alleviating him of this recurring problem.
In Seminole, Florida, Mark noticed a section of his concrete driveway where a slab had settled significantly, creating a serious tripping hazard. Wanting to avoid the costly and time-consuming process of replacing the concrete, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a solution.
After a thorough inspection, we determined that severe soil erosion beneath the slab had caused it to sink. To resolve the issue, our team used our PolyLevel solution, injecting it directly beneath the concrete to lift and level the slab back into place. This process was quick, efficient, and provided the slab with long-lasting stability.
Mark was thrilled with the results, knowing his driveway was now safe and restored without the need for a full concrete replacement.
