Tree roots had caused damage to Vincent's concrete driveway in Trinity, Florida, resulting in cracks and an uneven surface. Following an inspection by an LRE Design Specialist, the team at LRE Foundation Repair implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to repair the driveway. This system includes the use of PolyLevel to level and stabilize the concrete slabs and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints to prevent water intrusion underneath. Following the completion of the work, Vincent’s driveway is now not only repaired but also permanently stabilized against future settlement damage.
After noticing growing cracks in the exterior walls of her New Port Richey, Florida home, Torrey knew something wasn’t right. Over the span of a year, the damage had become too serious to ignore. Concerned about potential structural issues, she reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for help.
Our team promptly sent out one of our expert Design Specialists to perform a full home inspection. The inspection revealed that the soil beneath Torrey’s home had settled, causing the foundation to shift and become unstable, ultimately resulting in the cracks that had formed in her walls.
To address the issue, we designed a tailored plan using our helical pier system to permanently stabilize and lift the foundation back into its proper position. Once Torrey approved this plan, our crew carefully installed the piers deep below the home until they reached solid, load-bearing soil. The piers were then secured to the foundation’s footer, allowing us to transfer the home’s weight and lift the structure back to its original position.
As a result, the foundation was fully stabilized, and the cracks that once worried Torrey were successfully closed. With the repair complete, she can now feel confident that her home is protected for the future.
Patricia from Tarpon Springs, FL, noticed that the concrete steps on her back patio had settled significantly, becoming uneven and unsafe. Wanting to address the issue before it worsened, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection.
After inspecting the steps, our Design Specialist determined that soil settlement beneath the concrete had caused them to sink. To restore the steps, our team used PolyLevel in combination with specialized equipment to carefully lift, level, and permanently stabilize the concrete. Injected beneath the slabs, the two-part polyurethane foam expands to fill voids and raise the steps back to their proper position.
Once the project was complete, Patricia’s patio steps were fully leveled and secure, giving her renewed peace of mind.
When the back patio steps at Patricia’s Tarpon Springs, FL home began to sink and shift out of place, she knew the uneven concrete posed a safety risk. Looking for a reliable fix, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a complimentary inspection.
Our Design Specialist found that shifting soil beneath the steps had caused them to settle. To correct the issue, our crew injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete, where the expanding polyurethane foam filled voids, and gently lifted the steps back to their proper level.
With the steps restored to a safe, even position and permanently stabilized, Patricia can now enjoy her patio without worrying about trips or further settlement.
