In Port Richey, Florida, Nikolaos had noticed significant cracks forming along the exterior walls of one corner of his home, raising concerns about the stability of his foundation. To address the issue, we sent our Design Specialist to perform a full home inspection and assess the damage. The inspection revealed that the soil beneath the affected corner had settled significantly, causing the foundation to sink and resulting in the visible wall cracks.
To resolve the problem, our Design Specialist proposed a plan to stabilize the foundation and lift it back into its original position using our helical pier system. Nikolaos approved the plan, and our team got to work, carefully installing each helical pier deep into stable soil beneath the home. Once in place, the system successfully stabilized and lifted the foundation, closing the cracks in the walls.
Thanks to this permanent solution, Nikolaos can now rest easy, knowing his home is secure, with the once-worrisome cracks fully repaired.
Rodney M. noticed cracking and settlement to his sidewalk and driveway and had concerns about a foundation problem at his home in Holiday, Florida. He decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to see if there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. LRE completed a full home inspection, and through careful ground measurements and testing, determined that large voids and loose soils were causing the heavy weight of the concrete above to sink. LRE designed a solution to solve this problem using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material injected through small ports in the concrete slabs that expands when in contact with soils, filling voids and strengthening the area. This material even expanded enough to lift the concrete drive close to two inches. Once the project was complete, this homeowner was happy to see his driveway and sidewalk not only lifted back to normal but permanently stabilized as well.
Nancy from Holiday, FL, had concerns about her home’s structural integrity after noticing large cracks forming in the walls. Needing to act quickly, she called LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
Upon arriving at Nancy’s home and assessing the damage, it became apparent that significant soil settlement had caused the foundation to shift. To permanently halt further settlement, our team installed our helical pier system. Each pier was driven deep into the ground until stable soil layers were reached. From there, the piers were bracketed to the foundation’s footer, and the weight of the home was successfully transferred to the more stable soil beneath.
Our team then carefully lifted the foundation back to its proper position, effectively closing the cracks in the walls. Upon completion, Nancy was thrilled with the results and can now rest assured that her home is permanently stabilized and secure.
Nancy from Holiday, FL, began noticing cracks forming along the outside walls of her home, raising worries about the stability of her foundation. Wanting to address the issue right away before it could get worse, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists.
Following a thorough evaluation, our specialist determined that soil settlement beneath the home had caused the foundation to shift over time. To correct the problem and prevent further movement, we installed our helical pier system, engineered to reach deep, stable soil layers below the affected areas. Each pier was securely bracketed to the foundation footer, effectively transferring the home’s weight to stronger, more stable soil layers.
Once the system was in place, our crew carefully lifted the foundation back toward its original position, helping to close the wall cracks and restore stability. By the end of the project, Nancy felt confident knowing her home was stabilized with a permanent solution, and expressed great appreciation for our team’s work.
Janet from Lecanto, Florida, noticed that soil erosion beneath her concrete walkways had caused uneven slabs and dangerous tripping hazards. Wanting a reliable and lasting repair, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help. After inspecting the walkways, our Design Specialist recommended filling the voids and lifting the slabs using our PolyLevel solution. Once Janet approved the plan, our team carefully injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete, restoring the slabs to their proper level and eliminating the hazards. For additional protection, we also sealed the joints with NexusPro, preventing water intrusion and future soil erosion. Janet was thrilled with the results and thankful for our crew’s work—her walkways are now safe, level, and permanently stabilized.
