Michael was concerned about the constant flooding taking place on the pool deck of his home in Seminole, Florida, and reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to help provide a solution. An LRE Design Specialist inspected the pool deck and developed a plan to install a comprehensive drainage system to remove the excess rainwater. The LRE team installed a 4” channel drain within the pool deck's concrete to collect rainwater and divert it away from the home through a subsurface drainage system. The water will then be released through a pop-up relief drain at the far end of the property, away from the home. After the installation, Michael's pool deck no longer experiences flooding, alleviating him of this recurring problem.
In Seminole, Florida, Mark noticed a section of his concrete driveway where a slab had settled significantly, creating a serious tripping hazard. Wanting to avoid the costly and time-consuming process of replacing the concrete, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a solution.
After a thorough inspection, we determined that severe soil erosion beneath the slab had caused it to sink. To resolve the issue, our team used our PolyLevel solution, injecting it directly beneath the concrete to lift and level the slab back into place. This process was quick, efficient, and provided the slab with long-lasting stability.
Mark was thrilled with the results, knowing his driveway was now safe and restored without the need for a full concrete replacement.
