The owners of a commercial property in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, faced a concerning issue with one of the concrete ramps leading up to their garage. The slab had split in half and sank, rendering it unusable. They reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists to find out if the concrete ramp could be repaired. Our specialist carefully examined the concrete and discovered that a significant amount of soil underneath had washed out, creating a large void that caused the slab to break and sink. To fill the void and lift the concrete ramp back to its proper level, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the slab. The result was a completely even slab that is now permanently supported, stabilized, and ready for immediate use, much to the delight of the property owners.
