This included strategically placing a channel drain within the concrete walkway along the perimeter of the affected side of the home. Additionally, the downspouts extending from the home’s gutter system would be connected directly to the underground pipe system of the channel drain, ensuring that water is effectively directed away from the home. Our production team implemented the plan, and upon successful completion, Sharon was pleased to see that the flooding issues on the left side of her home have been effectively resolved.
