Justin and his wife noticed a foul odor coming from the crawl space beneath their home in Orlando, FL, and contacted LRE Foundation Repair to request an inspection. We scheduled a free appointment with our Design Specialist, who visited the home and carefully assessed the crawl space.
During the inspection, elevated moisture and humidity levels were discovered, contributing to the unpleasant odor. Our specialist recommended installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to protect the crawl space from moisture damage and mold growth. After reviewing and approving the plan, our team sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace moisture barrier and installed a specialized dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry.
With the work complete, Justin and his wife can now enjoy fresh, clean air throughout their home, with the odor eliminated and their crawl space protected from moisture-related issues.
John from Orlando, FL, had just recently purchased his 1940s historic home and needed to have the floors leveled and stabilized after noticing that they were sloping under the current weight. After contacting LRE Foundation Repair, we sent our expert Design Specialist to conduct a free full home inspection. Our specialist observed that many of the original block piers in the crawl space had settled into the soil below, causing the home’s floor joists to sag due to the lack of support. To provide the needed support for the floor joists and restore them to their proper level, we had our team install our SmartJack system in the crawl space. Each SmartJack was installed and carefully measured to properly fit in the crawl space and provide durable and permanent support. Now, John can settle into his historic home with the assurance that the support from the crawl space below is completely stabilized.

Koltan of Orlando, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance in designing a new, effective drainage system after experiencing repeated flooding on his home's back patio. After completing a thorough full home inspection for Koltan, one of our knowledgeable Design Specialists advised him that standing water was not only a regular annoyance but also had a detrimental effect on his home's foundation and concrete. To alleviate the flooding issue, a plan was devised to install a sturdy channel drain that would run the whole length of the patio's concrete. Our team went to work, carefully measuring and removing the appropriate amount of concrete to correctly install the new channel drain, providing the patio with the perfect solution for eliminating any standing water. Koltan's patio is now appropriately equipped to weather strong rainstorms, and he can rest assured that his home's foundation and concrete are no longer at risk.
Property owners of a commercial building in Orlando, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair about a severely uneven and cracked section of a concrete sidewalk on their property, which posed a significant trip hazard. In need of a reliable solution, they scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. After carefully examining the damage, our specialist discovered that a substantial amount of soil beneath the sidewalk had washed away, causing the concrete to crack and sink. To repair the sidewalk, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team leveled and stabilized the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the crack that had formed along the surface was sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the concrete. Upon completion, the concrete sidewalk is now fully leveled and stabilized, effectively eliminating the trip hazard.
