In Oviedo, FL, Christine’s concrete pool deck had developed significant tripping hazards as the slabs settled and became uneven over time. After giving us a call at LRE Foundation Repair, we conducted a thorough inspection and discovered that soil erosion beneath the pool deck was the root cause of the concrete sinking. Our team stepped in and injected our PolyLevel solution directly beneath the deck to fill voids left by the eroded soil and carefully lifted, leveled, and stabilized the slabs. Now, the trip hazards on Christine’s concrete pool deck have been completely eliminated—restoring safety and providing long-lasting peace of mind.
Major tripping hazards had developed in Christine’s concrete pool deck at her home in Oviedo, FL, prompting her to reach out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After our expert Design Specialist assessed the uneven slabs, we determined that erosion of the underlying soil was the root cause of the concrete settling. We informed Christine of the issue and recommended using our PolyLevel solution to fill the voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper, even level. Christine opted for this solution, and our team carefully injected PolyLevel directly beneath the pool deck, elevating the settled slabs and eliminating the trip hazards. Now, Christine and her family can enjoy their pool deck with renewed peace of mind, free from the risk of injury.
Maria Q. from Lake Wales, FL was concerned about excess moisture getting trapped in the crawl space under her home. She reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, and an experienced LRE Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of her residence. The specialist confirmed that the crawl space had excess moisture, which had caused mold to damage the wooden floor joists and had negatively affected indoor air quality. To solve this issue, the specialist recommended replacing the damaged joists and encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace system, specifically designed to manage moisture, regulate airflow, and prevent pests. This encapsulation process involves covering the crawl space with a waterproof liner to effectively block moisture from penetrating the wooden floor joists. Additionally, a crawl space drainage system with a sump pump and dehumidifier was installed to keep the area dry and clean. The LRE team completed the project, and Maria's crawl space was significantly improved, ensuring long-term stability for her home's foundation and air quality.

To fix the issue, our production team got to work by injecting our PolyLevel solution beneath the affected slabs, lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the porch quickly and effectively. Now, Larry and Lori can enjoy their front porch without worry—the tripping hazard is gone, and the concrete is fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
After Hurricane Ian damaged the area of Sanibel, Florida, Mr. P.'s home suffered severe washout causing gaping holes under the foundation of his home. He called LRE Foundation Repair for help. Working with structural engineers, LRE was able to design a solution that included flowable fill, a fluid-like slurry grout mixture that cures, fills voids and creates a stable foundation. The material was poured around the perimeter of home filling in the necessary gaps, and once cured PolyLevel, a two-part expandable polyurethane material, was injected to the needed areas to add compaction to the loose soils below. Once his foundation was stabilized, the homeowner was pleased with the finished product and confident he could continue the rebuild to the rest of his home.
