Richard's concrete driveway in Daytona Beach, Florida had sustained extensive damage, with numerous slabs settling and cracking significantly as a result. Worried that he may need to replace the concrete altogether, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair in hopes of finding an alternative solution. An LRE Design Specialist conducted a full inspection of Richard’s driveway and informed him that not only could concrete be repaired, it’s curb appeal could also be enhanced with the Three-Part Concrete Protection System. The repair process involved using PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken slabs, NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, and DecoShield to seal the concrete and impart an even, translucent tint throughout the surface. Our production team went to work implementing the Three-Part Concrete Protection System, successfully repairing and restoring the concrete driveway. Richard was very pleased to see that his driveway was completely restored and relieved that he was able to avoid a full concrete replacement.

David W. called LRE concerned after noticing his front porch sinking and cracks growing larger quickly. LRE completed a full inspection of David's house located in Port Orange, FL, and determined that animal borings had significantly compromised the soil beneath his porch. To remedy David's issues, our team injected PolyLevel underneath the patio slab to strengthen and stabilize the soil. PolyLevel is a highly expandable foam material injected through very small drill holes in the concrete. As the material flows and mixes with the soil, it expands to fill all voids and starts to lift the concrete back into place. After this porch was treated, this homeowner could rest easy knowing his porch was stabilized and even, leaving only the Florida pests to deal with.
In Port Orange, Florida, Paul’s pool deck required a more effective drainage solution after he noticed water pooling in the area following heavy rainstorms. After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free appointment, we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to conduct a thorough inspection of his pool deck. Our specialist determined that the pre-existing channel drain embedded in the pool deck’s concrete had become damaged over time and no longer provided sufficient drainage.
A plan was created to implement a new drainage solution, which involved replacing the old channel drain with an enhanced version designed to collect and divert excess rainwater to a pop-up relief drain located away from the pool deck. After presenting this new solution to Paul, our production team quickly began the installation process, carefully removing and replacing the old channel drain with the more effective drainage system. Paul’s pool deck is now equipped with the right solution to prevent water from pooling, effectively protecting both the concrete and the foundation of his home.
This Oviedo, Florida homeowner called our team at LRE Foundation Repair when he noticed the holes under his pool deck were growing in size. Our team inspected the property and determined that a faulty drainage system caused the majority of the erosion, leaving an unstable foundation. Our crews got to work injecting PolyLevel to the affected areas of the home. PolyLevel - an expanding polymer foam material, was injected at various points in the pool deck and surrounding areas to fill large voids and solidify loose, shifting soils. The project was completed quickly and once finished, the site was cleaned up and the pool deck was permanently stabilized.
