Jeff had LRE Foundation Repair come out to his Vero Beach, FL, home to inspect his concrete front porch when he noticed portions of it had begun to settle. The settlement was significant enough to cause the columns sitting on top of the porch to separate from the roof. Utilizing our PolyLevel Solution, the LRE team leveled the concrete porch and successfully closed the gaps between the columns and the roof. Jeff's front porch is now securely leveled and permanently stabilized, guarding against future settling.
David, a homeowner in Vero Beach, Florida, noticed a significant crack forming on the surface of his back patio's concrete slab. Upon closer inspection, he discovered a large void beneath the patio. Seeking a solution, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair. Our expert Design Specialist thoroughly examined the concrete and confirmed that recent rainstorms had caused the underlying soil to wash away. To address the issue, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the patio, filling the voids and stabilizing the concrete. Now, David’s back patio is securely reinforced, and the surrounding soil is protected from further erosion.
In Fort Pierce, Florida, Callista had requested an inspection from LRE Foundation Repair after noticing numerous cracks appearing in the walls around her home. Our expert Design Specialist visited her home and confirmed that soil settlement had compromised the stability of her home’s foundation. To address the issue, our team installed our helical pier system around the affected areas, effectively lifting and stabilizing the foundation back into its proper position. With the foundation secure, the cracks have closed, and Callista can now feel confident knowing her home is permanently stabilized and protected against future settlement.
LRE Foundation Repair was asked by Letitia in Fort Pierce, Florida, to assist with repairing a section of her concrete driveway which had settled significantly, creating a problematic tripping hazard. We sent one of our Design Specialists to Letitia’s home to conduct a thorough inspection of the driveway. After careful assessment, a comprehensive plan was created to repair the driveway using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs, effectively lifting them back to their proper, even level and stabilizing the soil below. Next, the cracks in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to improve curb appeal and prevent water intrusion. Upon completion of the full implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection, Letitia’s concrete driveway is now fully repaired and permanently stabilized.
Cheryl and William G. were preparing to list their Port Saint Lucie, Florida home on the market, but wanted to address the sinking driveway before doing so. After scheduling a free inspection with one of our design specialists, soil washout and erosion were identified as being the culprits of the settling concrete. As washout and erosion occur, it leaves the remaining soil unstable enough to hold the weight of the concrete, causing it to sink. Our design specialist recommended our PolyLevel system to lift and re-level this driveway. PolyLevel is a fast-expanding polyurethane foam that works to solidify loose soils and fill voids, while simultaneously lifting concrete back level. Our team was pleased to be able to provide a fast and non-invasive solution to Cherly and Williams's driveway concerns, so they can get their home on the market.
