Foundation Lifted in Temple Terrace, FL

Richard and Patricia owned this home in Temple Terrace, Florida for many years. The back room addition of this home started settling and large cracks were forming inside on the walls and ceiling. After an inspection determined loose soils were causing too much movement to the home, LRE engineered a solution by installing helical piers and injecting PolyLevel to a section of the home. Helical piers are drilled into the soil around the exterior walls using small equipment to eliminate disruption to the landscaping of the home. These piers were also able to achieve the desired lift this home needed. In addition, PolyLevel, an expandable two-part foam, was injected at the site to solidify and stabilize the soils underneath. Once completed, these homeowners were thrilled to see the cracks closed and the home stabilized for years to come.
