The owner of an apartment complex in Largo, Florida, requested that LRE Foundation Repair conduct a thorough inspection of the building’s crawl space after noticing areas of the floors that felt unstable. Our expert Design Specialist visited the property and, upon entering the crawl space, immediately observed sections where the floor joists were sagging due to many of the original block piers settling into the soil below. Several wooden supports had also become heavily damaged, compromising their ability to effectively support the building’s floors.
