During a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists, it was revealed that the wooden floor joists in the crawl space lacked proper support due to the settlement of several block piers. Makeshift supports and bottle jacks used in prior repair efforts had proven ineffective in providing long-term stability.  To provide a permanent solution, our Design Specialist developed a comprehensive plan to stabilize and support the floor joists using our SmartJack system.
