Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Leveling Sagging Floor Joists in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Amy in Saint Petersburg, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect her crawl space after reporting concerns that a water leak may have damaged areas in the flooring.  During the inspection, our Design Specialist found that while the subfloors were in good condition, many of the block piers supporting the floor joists had settled into the soil, causing the joists to sag significantly. After consulting with Amy, a plan was created by the specialist to replace the support of the block piers with our state-of-the-art SmartJack system to provide sturdy and permanent support for the floor joists. Our production team installed the SmartJack system in the home's crawl space, successfully leveling the floors and providing enhanced, long-term support.
