Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Leveling Sagging Floors in Miami Shores, Florida

A section of the floor in Juan’s bedroom at his home in Miami Shores, Florida, had dropped a few inches after additional furniture was added to the room. Understandably alarmed and concerned that the floor joists might be failing, he scheduled a free inspection of his crawl space with LRE Foundation Repair. Following a careful examination of the crawl space, our Design Specialist noticed that the wooden floor joists were sagging, and many had splintered due to a lack of support from below. A plan was created to replace some of the floor joists and provide them with sturdy, permanent support using the SmartJack system. Our team promptly went to work, installing the SmartJack system and lifting the floor back to its proper level. After completing the installation, Juan was relieved to find that his floors were now not only leveled but also permanently stabilized.
